I took my vehicle to four other BMW, certified locations, (one was two hours away), but Burnside made me feel the most comfortable, and I was impressed with their facilities. Not over the top, but clean and professional. I would recommend to use Burnside Side. They got the repair done timely. I wasn’t rushing them because I wanted them to do a good job. I called ahead to let the lady know I was on my way from greenfield, In. I told her I would be right around 5pm.
Got there 505pm. Doors all locked. A gentleman walked out never said anything to me. I called the auto dealer side and they were able to call over and just so happen a gentleman was still there I believe Bob. He let me in and helped me. He was actually the one who checked me in when I left my vehicle. Thank goodness for him. They need to fix there close time on website. Plus if a customer calls and says they are on there way and you have not seen them and your going to lock up. Good customer service would have called me to check.
Or do we not have that kind of customer service any more in our world. Just saying.
