“Professional and easy to work with, this team did a great job on my RV. They rolled my vehicle into a bay to work on it very soon after getting my info and requests, no delays. This was important to me as I've run into other shops who seem to think an appointment scheduled weeks in advance can be summarily ignored. Not these guys! They're right on it! Fortunately there were no issues with my rig and they were done quickly and at a reasonable cost.”

“I came to Auto Zone on Sunday 1/14/24 to get a new battery due to the subzero temperatures at approximately 5:30pm. Owen took care of my battery replacement with the greatest attitude! He had been outside most of the day changing batteries but was still very thoughtful and kind. Keep this one, Auto Zone! He's wonderful!”

“**** Update from 2 to 4 stars for follow-through.My original review stands as a snapshot of a poor experience with this location and has not been edited. HOWEVER, after dealing with several health issues I was able to follow-up on the repair and had the genuine pleasure of meeting Jason, the regional manager for Gerber. Jason was kind, patient and truly listened to my concerns. Jason assured me that changes were being made at the Westfield location and that he would personally look after our car. I dropped the car off a few days later and Jason kept in touch with me himself the entire time it was there. I am happy to say that I went back this morning and, while I can still tell there was a repair done (10 years as a claims adjuster makes you see tiny details), the average consumer would not. I am cautiously optimistic that things are turning around at the Westfield location and would give them another chance should the needs for body work arise.- Original review:I am a former claims adjuster and have many years of experience dealing with body shops. I was called 3 times to make sure I was going to show up for my appointment that I had to wait 2 months for. After spending all that time making sure I was going to show up, they either ordered or received the wrong headlamp assembly, someone should have caught this BEFORE I dropped my car off. When I got my initial estimate I informed them that I had filed a claim with my insurance and that any differences or supplements needed to go through them. Somehow I was listed as a "self-pay" and I had to remind their staff on 2 separate occasions to notify my insurance of any supplements. It took a full two weeks to replace a headlight assy and paint the hood. There was a buckle in the hood that is still present, I may as well just have replaced the headlamp and saved the money on the hood repair since the paint was not damaged and the whole point was for them to straighten it.Services: Painting”
