This group is CUSTOMER ORIENTED. From a truck repair place, you say?? Yup.
Today, I scheduled an oil change and requested that my wife and I wait. We walked in at the appointed time, the mechanic was ready for us, and started right away. We were escorted to a very comfy lounge and 45 minutes later, on our way. I’ve come here 3 years in a row and service was the same each time. This isn’t a fancy dealership it is a large TRUCK repair facility. It’s not squeaky clean but it’s damn good service and quality workmanship.”
