The girl working the counter was EXTREMELY hateful! She said my package could not be shipped the way I asked. When I told her that I have it shipped that way all the time, she said she would send out an email to all of the other post offices in the area to correct them. I drove to the Terre Haute office and asked for the same thing. He said no problem at all. When I told him what happened, he said they get complaints on her all the time. Don't waste your time here unless you are just dropping off a letter. If it is any type of package at all, go elsewhere. As the guy at the Terre Haute post office said, the West Terre Haute office should be shut down with the customer service they refuse to provide......

its not that bad, i normally walk in to send packages off. pretty fast too, but some of the employees are not friendly at all.

Horrible. I am a college student who relies on the mailing system. I pay a large amount of money for expedited shipping only to receive packages 3-4 days after expected. I am beyond PISSED that this has been going on all year! Nobody answers the phone ether. Someone really needs to sue them for what they've been doing. Oh and it's obvious the positive comments are coming from them or people that they know personally because the entire business is horrible. Will be going to higher authorities in the near future!
