They offer really good reading material for ASQ exams. I had a very pleasant experience with one of their employees over the call. I had lost activation code for accessing the question bank from the flash drive. They immediately helped me out without wasting a minute.

I bought a primer and CD exam in the past. Today I want to buy USB exam question and they want to charge me $50 for this small tiny piece. I asked them to ship it USPOST instead of Fedex which is half price but got no answer just got ignored. Not the right way to keep customers
