I called about a mercedes slk 350. I was told everything worked as it should. No warning lights on the dash, no damage. I drove 3 hrs one way to find front end damage, tires completely shot, wear pattern showing need for front end repair, all 4 rims had curb trash, rip in seat, clips for engine cover missing so it just bounced around, center console in pieces, turn signal indicating not working, vibration under the passenger floorboard when excelerating, and leaking oil. They had to rate it as excellent on kbb to come up with the price they were asking for.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I was sold a jeep that has had so many issues, it’s ridiculous. My jeep was in the shop for almost 2 months trying to replace all the front end pieces due to a death wobble that threw my car into a corn field after going into oncoming traffic. It now needs a new transmission, I have had to replace the whole front end, needs a new steering gear box. The radio and air conditioning turn on and off all day and night, without the car even being on. It needs a new manifold… I am waiting on diagnostics for the rest of the issues I am having at the moment. I was sold a warranty that has denied every claim, even though I was told it would cover all major issues. I have to pay for a rental car right now, since my car will be in the shop for days and I do not have a way to get around. I feel completely lied to, but because I was sold a car “as is”, which makes me feel the dealership knew exactly what they were selling me, but they won’t do anything about it. I highly recommend never buying a car from this place, unless you expect to spend thousands to fix it, just so you can drive it safely.

I’m glad I read the reviews. Sounds like more foreigners that continue to try and rip us off with very low standards and unsafe practice of selling unsafe cars!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Took it for a test drive and everything was fine. A day after I bought the car it started having issues. Went back multiple times and they told me nothing was wrong with it. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Avalon from University Motors. That is the best car that I have ever had in my life. I was looking for a Toyota for more than 3 months and finally Bill gave me a great deal which was cheaper than all the others that I asked. Moreover, he helped me to get a 3-year warranty. The people there were really welcome and nice. I’m so happy with my car.

Would not recommend, unless you want to pay another $1,500-$2,000 out of pocket in the first 30 days. The owners alright besides the fact that he couldn't care less that whoever his mechanic is is willing to silicon parts together instead of replacing them. So if you get a car from here be cautious of very poor mechanical repairs. Legit had to put $1,600 into a car 3 days after purchasing. As well as being charged over $800 on my loan amount which I am still working on getting it resolved. No thanks to the crew or owner of University Motors. Thank you, and good luck if you choose to shop here!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I bought a used car from this dealership at a fair market price. The salesman said their mechanic checked it out and it was all good. I drove it about 40 miles and the steering rack went out. Took it to a mechanic where I found it had some other issues that were rather expensive to fix, no help offered by the dealership. Very poor and very expensive experience
