West Lafayette Payless pharmacy especially the drive through is a disaster. The old non working drive up window is still on the side of the building to add to the confusion of where the drive up window is and the signage to the drive up "window" is none existent. The booth your drive up to is hidden behind trees where it is difficult to spot. I sat in the line behind another customer with a corded phone from the booth into their car so I assumed they were being helped. My kid was in the back seat with an ear infection so I was trying to avoid going inside. After 15mins I wasn't going to wait in the drive through so I went inside with my sick kid. Turns out the pharmacy is just closed for lunch as i walked in the store and everything is locked up. I thought great why couldn't have posted the hours on the drive up. Walking back outside I see that the drive up says pharmacy hours behind the person's vehicle still waiting at the drive up so only the person sitting at the drive up could see but. Long story short I'm changing pharmacies and groceries. The west lafayette payless grocery has always been too congested and is a logistical nightmare. The whole point of operating a massive grocery chain is to make things more convenient and more affordable to customers. This store just forgot the first half. They need to take notes from the Greenbush payless. I've always had a better experience at that store even if it is a further drive it's worth it.

I don't know why the pharmacist is questioning where I go to for my meds, it is none of their business and refused to fill them. Shame on them, it isn't your place to judge. I hope you're manager sees this

I don’t know what has happened to Payless Pharmacy. I have used them for quite sometime and all of a sudden every single prescription has turned into an issue. Including being told that they don’t care if a patient goes without a prescription for days at a time they aren’t going to get stuck with a $1,000 medication to sit on a shelf. Really? And making people wait past the 30 days of their prescription for a refill. It’s insane.

Used Payless Pharmacy for YEARS. The past six months I had trouble with my routine prescriptions having to be ordered, the canopy was always pulled down, and drive thru closed. Meaning you had to go into the Payless grocery and stand in line with long wait times. I complained several times about these things and was brushed off with one excuse after another. They LOST a long time customer who has given them a lot of business. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I switched to Custom Plus Pharmacy just down the road by Dog n Suds. I'm very happy I made the change!

Pay Less Pharmacy is located in the Pay Less grocery store so you can visit just the pharmacy or visit and shop the pharmacy and the store which is very convenient. There is also a Starbucks located in the grocery store and there is a gas station next to the parking lot. There is plenty of free parking and wheelchair accessible parking. The entrance is also wheelchair accessible as well as the restrooms. Electric shopping carts are available for your convenience. Every time we have visited the store it was neat and clean and well stocked. The associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They offer great quality and value for your convenience along with low every day prices and sales and coupons and great deals. You can also download the Pay Less App for free at the Google Play Store for android or the App Store for iPhones. Be sure to get your membership in the store club for more great savings. Excellent experience shopping there always. All the fresh Produce best in town! The meat department staff is friendly as ever. The department has looked full and fresh . Would definitely have to say the meat department is top notch. Won't go anywhere else to get steaks anymore. Highly recommended. Jason at the counter cut steaks for me years ago. Was super happy to know he can again for me. I will definitely be back for my summer grilling season!

Pharmacy is worst in town, zero patient care, employees moving in slow motion, wait 20 min in line to get told you need to wait 20 more minutes. The word pharmacist should be used loosely with these employees, all they care about is milking the clock for the hours while 30 people wait in line. Deplorable customer service, 0/5 stars.

If you are in the area to go to payless in lafayette or the one in west lafayette I would deff make the trip to the west side. Has a lot bigger selection and is a lot cleaner.

I have tried to like this Payless for years. I love the layout and look but the parking is ridiculous so I seldom stop here. Certain department personnel are less than friendly. Just not what I have hoped for in the 20+ years in the area.

Did groceries on line and was for the most part good, didn't have to wait to long when I came to pick up
