Ordered case of live oysters. Left my name and phone number. Expected to pick up oysters on Friday afternoon Nov. 14th. Drove over 20 miles to pick up oysters. They apparently did not order oysters and they didn't call me to explain the situation. Obviously they can't be trusted to do their job. If your making plans for important meal, event etc. look elsewhere for your needs.

Works well as a second option when Aldi doesn’t carry certain items, however, there have been multiple times where I have seen way out of date products on the shelf and didn’t realize until after.
1. In mid September, I didn’t realize I bought a thing of low cal tortillas that expired in early August. I didn’t even begin living near this Payless until mid August
2. Two packs of ham were one week expired. Handed them to the nearest worker and told them the ham was expired and it could pose a serious health risk. Employee seemed very concerned and put ham away (? Somewhere?).
I come back a week later to see the same ham with the same exp date still there. I tell another worker. I come back the third week and one of the packs is gone, meaning someone likely bought one, because if one was thrown away, they would both be thrown away. I’d be **very** cautious when buying foods there, as this location does not have the customer in mind and does not uphold food safety regulations (especially with meat) as they should.
Next time I’m there, I will happily look through some of the items I regularly buy and get more concrete proof
I know I sound like a Karen and I hate that, I just had a friend who went through HORRIBLE issues after eating expired meat that a store sold. The issues still affect the person nearly 15 years later.

Super clean and had a very large variety. More so the fresh meat and poultry selection was just that! Fresh and not outdated.

Best one out of the 4 in town! I also want to shout out to Charlie, he is always positive and quick to help any problem. His smile is always welcoming!!!
Also huge shout out to all staff for yhir positivity and the fact your stores layout is amazing for me!!
