Food is pretty good. Everything is made fresh which is nice. The biggest issue is service. The food takes incredibly long to get ready, especially the hot sub options. Definitely not good for days when you need to grab a quick meal. This is even worse especially since a lot of the workers tend to wander or not do anything productive even during rush hours. If the service was better, I would certainly rate this dining option higher.Vegetarian options: In this franchise, I believe they have two designated vegetarian options: the portabella mushroom sub and a veggie sub.

I woke up with the musty Purdue smell I always wake up to and decided I wanted jersey mikes for lunch. I walked in there for a sandwich on the fine average Purdue cloudy day and order something. I think it was the number 13. The worker says “god damn” and mumbled some other heinous stuff. Workers were casually cursing in front of customers and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve worked fast food before and I know it can suck, but there was no cursing tolerated where I worked. I feel sorry for the owner because he is paying these workers to disrespect customers. I understand why everyone chooses Chick-fil-A over this poverty food franchise.

During the summer when there are limited options for lunch dining you think Jersey miles would take advantage but they close at 3pm or like today at 2:45 for no other reason than lazy employees. If you are going to chose to have limited hours at least stay open until closing time, especially when the lights are on an the employees are still behind the counter and the ingredients are still out. I will not go out of my way again for such poor customer service! They also don't allow you to order ahead with their app.

The service takes forever for a mediocre sandwich. They also made fun of my order in front of me lol. It was a basic turkey, lettuce, and mayo sandwich.

The food was fantastic, the service was poor , I have an eye disease that I have a hard time adjusting from light to dark and vice versa when coming into the store from outside . I have a hard time reading where to order and never have been in the store before !! I also have a hard time seeing the board to order , person behind the counter said " you are at the wrong end to order ". "I said I'm sorry I didn't know where to order ", person behind counter , " the sign says ORDER HERE "!!! In a very annoyed tone and they rolled their eyes at me , I explained and shouldn't have to that " I couldn't see the sign because of I have an eye disorder ", !!! Again lady walks away , I ask if she has any " gluten free bread " , she walks away and comes back and says , " well are you going to order "??? Again I ask " do you have any gluten free bread "??? " YES she says , we'll are you going to order "? " yes , again I reply , " I am having a hard time seeing the board "!!! I ordered and there were 4 other employees standing around and whispering at me !!! I am not one to complain because I work in the food industry as well , but the fact I had to say I had trouble seeing and they never offered to help me is very rude and I don't ask for preferential treatment, but I was almost driven to tears being made to feel like an imposition because of my eyes !!! All I wanted was help ordering !!! I won't be going back !!!

Service sucks. Waited for 40 mins and they forgot to add the which is like half of the whole filling. When I told them they pointed to a tiny piece of pepper and said what’s the problem. At that point i just left. Rly wanted to say “you guys underpaid?”.

If I could give 0 star I would. Jersey Mike’s has always been very slow. Today especially took them an entire hour to get my hot sub ready. I went in and checked because the people behind me had already gotten theirs. The worker there told me they don’t have my order and was not nice at all about the fact that my sandwich was still on the grill, turned out they didn’t even have my order in.

Stood in line for half an hour just to receive the wrong sandwich. When they realized, the employees took it back to fix it. However, the “fixed” sandwich that I received was still incorrect. At this point, it had been 45 minutes so I did not bother with asking them to redo it a second time. I’m sure that part of it has to do with the rush they had, but it was an unpleasant experience.

This location has been closed every time I've attempted to visit. 6pm on a Friday night, prime hours for business, yet they're completely closed. Chick-fil-A next door had a line out the door, though, and looks like they're hiring starting at $12/hr. Maybe paying competitive wages would decrease your profits slightly, but if you can't even get enough workers to be open during business hours, you're losing money completely.
