Listening to your body is key in these classes and the coaches help you do that. I also really like that the workouts are already planned for you so all you have to do is show up and try your best! From my personal experience, this has been the best gym/training I have received. After taking a break from working out/training due to a shoulder surgery, Justin has not only increased the strength and mobility with my shoulder, but also increased my overall strength and endurance drastically. Each workout is specialized to target specific muscle groups and the trainers/Justin are attentive and educated to ensure your form and movements are correct. For me personally, I have built up 5-10 pounds of muscle while still losing 20 extra pounds in just two months.”
“A great gym for experienced lifters and new lifters alike. It has more traditional lifting gym vibes than other commercial gyms. The equipment isn’t sparkly and new, but it’s functional and there is a wide array. The pricing is reasonable for the amenities and quality. I’ve been using this gym on a recovery journey from a near fatal car accident and it’s been indispensable; it’s never too busy and I seldom have to wait for a machine. If you want old school gym vibes with modern amenities, this is it for ya”
