If i could i wouldn’t even give them a half a star. I went for a full set and pedi they did the pedi and had me wait three hours to start my full set. Every design i showed them they said they couldn’t do because they was all ombré set. I choose something that wasn’t ombré and literally watch them put not one but 6 ppl before me. Finally get seated after telling them that I’ve been there for 2 hours just waiting. I tell them i want my full set to be gel and what did they do give me acrylic. After all that plus 155 dollars later my nails are crooked because they were rushed. I got there at 3pm and did not leave to til 7:40 40minutes after they closed

I visited for the first time yesterday, 4/26/24, and it was an overall good experience as far as customer service. I had the Deluxe Pedicure. The purpose of my poor rating is that within 30 minutes later, I started having pain in the bottom of my right foot. I noticed some abrasions (see photo). This morning, my foot is a little swollen and very sore to walk on. I believe that the staff member may have got carried away with the callus remover. Ouch!

This is my reference photo and this is what I got. My appointment was at 10:30 and I wasn't seen until 12:00 and I'm leaving now at 1:15. I miss my class due to the amount of time it took for me to be seen. I got ok-ish nails for $55. I usually love it here but today their service was not good.

Recently had a pedicure done by Lulu at D&J nails and it was excellent! She is highly skilled and gives a great leg massage. I enjoy coming here as the place is bright, soothing and everyone is very friendly.

I had an appointment at 4:30 for a manicure and pedicure. I sat there with my feet in the water for 20 minutes and had no service. If things are running late then we should be informed. I had to leave to get home to make dinner. This is ridiculous

okay i hate to be that person but this is THE MOST EXPENSIVE NAIL SALON IN TOWN. $65 for a shorter french tip acrylic. when i said something about the price, the owner took off my tip and told me $65 is what i need to pay. extremely ridiculous. I had Vicky as a tech and she was great, super nice and did a good job. $65 for these is genuinely ridiculous . and then not doing anything about it but taking off the tip for the nail tech is even more ridiculous.

Did my nails morning December 31. In 2 hours they start to come off!!! Came back to re-do them but they were closed (but the sign said opened).Poor quality of nail polishes and old not LED lamps!Save money go to the place in front!After 2 weeks of wearing gel it started to come off. And I fiend another problem that unfortunately can’t be fixed ?The lady that made my nails rubbed off to much my nails and now they are weak and all broken ?I was doing gel for quite some time now and for the last half a year my nails were resting of it.It means that I came to DJ nails with strong, long, healthy nails (I wish I had a picture to show).NOW they are all broken, soft and terrible.Trust me, I know how a good job looks! That job that was made with my nails was terrible not mentioning that I have to take another pause to re-grow my healthy nails ?After I took them off you can see flesh under the nail. This can happen only if you do gel for the past year or so.Now my nails hurt and are in terrible condition ?.Stay away from this place!!!

Was charged 70$ for removed old acrylic, gel on natural nails, overlay and chrome powder. The lady was nice and chatty but rushed through and nails still have uncleaned edges at the end. Still tipped 15$ cuz she reminded me of my good old days at Vietnam but prob won’t get my nails done here again.

I have always had great experiences here! The owners are so sweet and attentive. They always make sure you are taken care of. The place is clean and relaxing. I've had gel, regular polish, and full sets done. They've always been phenomenal. At one point I broke my actual nail under my acrylic nail and they were able to fix it and repair it so that I wasn't in pain.
