As soon as you tell them you don’t want to renew your lease they will schedule a showing at your place 1-2 times a week 5 months before your even out of there. They did handle our maintenance requests fairly quickly but they also will get money out of you anyway they can.

Awful rental experience with them. They could not keep track of paperwork/payments. I was twice accused of not paying rent despite paying multiple months ahead.
