“I’ve had a great experience living at RISE on Chauncey. A lot of my friends live here too, which makes it really convenient and a lot more fun. It’s easy to study together, hang out, or just run into people you know around the building.
The amenities are a huge plus and something I actually use regularly. The gym, study rooms, and common areas are well maintained and make day to day life much easier. The lounge is one of my favorite spots to relax or spend time with friends, and the beautiful views from the building are an added bonus that never get old.
Overall, RISE has a great atmosphere, feels very social, and offers amenities that genuinely get used rather than just looking good on paper.”
“Apartments are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and the gym is well maintained. Getting to and from campus is convenient with the bus. Good place to live.”
“I have lived at Lark for two years at both the apartments and the townhomes and have truly had an amazing experience living here. I moved out of the apartments last year and into the townhome this summer and had great move-out and move-in experiences that really made the transition seamless for me. The units have been clean upon my arrival, maintenance is timely and addresses all of my concerns, and the office staff has been extremely kind and helpful. Lark West Lafayette is a great place to live and a wonderful community that values their residents and their college living experience. I have personally recommended Lark to many of my friends and would continue to recommend them to any incoming students.”
“Ate at Happy China. Never been before. The food was really good and very hot. Dining area could use some decluttering as stock was sitting in boxes . Kinda put me off but food was excellent my new fav chinese place.”
“Easy Move-In, Great Living
Moving in was honestly the easiest part. Ashley and Ladashai were super friendly and helped with everything, and Courtney made sure the whole process was quick and stress-free. My apartment was spotless, and I’ve had zero issues since. The gym is a nice bonus, and I love chilling on the porch when the weather’s nice.”
“My review for here from a year ago was very negative. After living here for a year and the staff is more consistent and Covid ended, things have gotten better. Which isn’t to say that they don’t still have their problems. I do run into issues where I’m charged random charges and I have to go to the office and ask them why I’ve been charged extra money. They do often have answers right now, but we still have some issues. The new kitchen and new appliances are nice, even though the installation wasn’t perfect. I had to remove plastic from inside the oven.I’ve noticed the more patience you have with the staff the better they can answer your questions. Which is totally understandable.I renewed my lease”
“Currently a resident here at fuse, in a 4x2 apartment, amazing facilities and staff and the apartments are huge and spacious and very modern. One distinctive thing is their outdoor grill which I haven’t seen in many recent apartments. It is also very close by to campus and all my classes so very convenient.”
