Prompt and friendly service in a very clean garage. He even let me bring in my own a/c compressor so I could save a couple hundred dollars. I feel he is an honest and trustworthy mechanic, and those are hard to find.

I choose this place due to the good reviews. I paid over 900, but I've had trouble with my brakes since. Today, the mechanic down the road informed me they couldn't have replaced them at all other than the pads so I essentially paid 900 for new pads. I'd go just down the road, I've never had trouble with them for years. Plus they are a lot friendlier. But do yourself a favor and stay awaybfrom these scam artists.

I highly DO NOT suggest takin your car or any vehicle for that matter if you actually want it fixed! I bought my car ticket to the shop. They kept it for five almost 6 weeks. They refuse to give me any paperwork on the car that was done maintenance wise. Things that were told or fixed were not fixed. The car had to go back in the shop three different times after going there, I’ve tried to contact them numerous times stopped in there even spoke with them. They were extremely rude very nasty. The female owner is very rude to the customer. I’ve never been in my life. Has someone give such awful customer service still isn’t fixed and they refuse to do anything about it. I’m contacted again in regards to this matter they said that they decided that they don’t want my business when they’re the ones who had the car and never fix the car to begin with so do not and I repeat do not take your car to them

1st time my alternator gave out infront of John's shop, Jonh and Abel helped me get back on the road in less than 4 hours despite having no appt, at very reasonable price.2nd time I made an appt for suspension work, John went out of his way and replaced my transmission output sensor and 1 rotor at no extra cost(parts included).If you're looking for quality, honesty and affordability, then John's Automotive is the place you want

I stopped in in the middle of the day with a problem that seemed urgent. Even though I was told the schedule is pretty packed the mechanic stopped to take a look at it. He figured out the issue and got me on my way. he was really professional and knowledgeable and fast. This is my first experience with this company. But everybody was friendly, really helpful and seemed really trustworthy. Thanks again !
