“I had to replace my battery. The manager was able to help me find the right battery quickly. As my battery was completely dead, they loaned me the use of their cart to wheel the new battery out to my vehicle and, once installed, wheel the dead battery back to the store. I did the installation in their parking lot. All went well.”

“I continue to be extremely happy with the quality & speed of the work they do on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Today I got new tires which only took right around 2 hours for mounting & balancing which was excellent!
I will say that I’m not happy with their (relatively) recent introduction of a 3.5% credit card processing fee. I normally use a debit card, but this was > $1,000 so above my bank debit card limit. The result was an additional cost of $35 for my tires & oil change. I’m sorry but that’s just a cost of doing business & not sure why they decided to start passing the fee along to their customers.”
