My buddy took a set of old school rims to this place for Max to polish, they were flawless when dropped off just needed cleaned and polished. When he got them back they were ruined, Max had polished deep gouges and scratches in to them that can't be removed because they are to deep. Max gave him the $200 he paid to have his rims destroyed but is offering no kind of compensation for the rims. I don't know if Max realizes it or not but rims are not free!
