Washington Brake and Alignment is under new management, and wow, what a difference! The place is filled with both laughter and hard work—who knew those could go hand in hand?
? Tim and Tyler are getting things done, and they have high standards when it comes to quick, reliable service. I saw firsthand how Tim is turning things around, especially when a delivery took way longer than expected, and he wasn’t having it.
It’s refreshing to have a place where you not only get top-notch service but also feel good about supporting honest, hardworking folks who know how to have a little fun while they work. My car is running perfectly, and I got to enjoy some witty banter while it was being worked on.
Great job, guys! ? Keep it up!

I recently paid $2,031.21 for a catalytic converter to be put on. Not only did it NOT fix my car, it runs worse now than before. The mechanic Tim told me the computer got it wrong then offered to do a full diagnostic with same computer. Stay far away from this shop.

These guys were great to work with. I went in thinking my car needed an alignment. After looking it over they called me to let me know the alignment was fine, my front rotors were the issue. I appreciated their honesty, they didn’t just go ahead and do an alignment that I didn’t need.We scheduled a time that week to replace the rotors/ break pads.Dropped the car off in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon and the problem was fixed. No more shaking in the steering wheel.All in all I would highly recommend them

Absolutely wonderful. Was traveling thru with a bad trailer tire, they dropped what they were doing, tightened my wheel bearings and changed my tire in less than 15 minutes! Very reasonable price, great guys. Highly recommend!
