Washington USPS is always friendly & good service in my experience. Note that you need an appointment if applying for a passport. Not sure about how easy the doors would be for a wheelchair user to enter.

First time visiting yesterday,I’m new in town and the staff was very friendly and was treated like a daily neighbor.Great customer service by Steve!
