I took my truck in this morning at 8 am for electrical issues. The gentleman who helped me was extremely polite and professional. He tested both my battery and alternator which were both in good shape. He then disconnected my battery and wire brushed the connections. He made a stressful situation easier to deal with.

Fairly quick to help you, but I had an individual impatiently give me the wrong serpentine belt while my vehicle was running on only the battery. He wouldn't even look at me. I didn't catch his name. But the next day I went back in, a parts manager helped me exchange the belt for the correct one. It seems like this particular individual is impatient with me every time I come into the store. I drive an older car and visit often there's only a few people who ever smile when I'm there. I'm also a female in a parts store which is always a feeling of inadequacy when men are unfriendly.
