“I took my truck in this morning at 8 am for electrical issues. The gentleman who helped me was extremely polite and professional. He tested both my battery and alternator which were both in good shape. He then disconnected my battery and wire brushed the connections. He made a stressful situation easier to deal with.”

“A couple of years ago, I was in NAPA to get some parts. I and some of the employees heard a commotion outside. We looked out and a crazy woman had stepped out of a truck and started swinging a burlap bag over her head. Around and around and around her head until she couldn't hold it anymore and the bag went flying. The driver yelled, COME ON SHELLY!!!! she got in the vehicle and they sped off together. Renee said she thought she heard the whimpering of puppies so she and Bobby ran out the door and scooped up the bag that was full of PUPPIES!!!! One of the pups had a broken leg so the team whipped up a makeshift splint out of a NAPA flyer and believe it or not, that dog grew up to be a seeing eye dog for blind kittens. Amazing job NAPA team! That's above and beyond the call of duty and we all appreciate you!”
