Very predatory business. Very much a back and forth game to cancel your membership. "Call back in 3 months and you should be able to make your membership not recurring." No accounts in their website. Terrible customer service. Choose any other gym, this gym does not care about you and only your wallet.

Good gym great price.They have a complex and interesting method to cancel. Their system keeps taking money out of your account and automatically updates to your new credit card once the old one is expired. In my case this resulted in me paying for 2 years that I wasnt there. Yes it's my fault. They don't provide the best info for cancelling and unless you really pursue. I didn't even know that I wasn't canceled because I signed up for the one year contract and I thought it would run out in its own. Turns out they keep updating it automatically and if your not noticing the $10 leaving your account every month then they will keep pulling it. What they are doing is perfectly legal and any problems would be your fault. There are so many complaints on this issue on these reviews and they don't seem to want to change their policy.Makes me feel like they know what they are doing.Sad way to do business in my mind

My ex signed us up with this gym using me as primary and my bank account info. I understand we were locked into a 1 year contract so even though I didn’t use the membership and I was no longer with him I still had to pay until the contract ended at the end on 2022. Jan 2, 2023 I went in to cancel. I was told cancellations are done through text so I texted. I was then provided and email address so I emailed. They continued to take money from my account monthly. I complained in March about the bill and not having been told that the email I sent wasn’t enough. I repeatedly asked them to cancel and refund me the money. I was directed to a website where they now said I had to cancel the membership. I tried. They stopped responding months ago and I went to my bank disputing the charges. I was told I needed to cancel my debit card because it was the only way. My debit card was canceled but that didn’t stop them. They have been billing me and calling me about my “past due balance.” I called back today and got a 3rd party. I explained my problem. I explained every step I went through and was sent a link to their website which said I had to register. I tried to register multiple times using my account number and name. Each time the error message changed. Wrong account number then wrong last name then wrong first name. This business is scamming people. I have now paid for nearly 2 years of a membership that I used 2-3 times in 2021 and I’m paying for a man that I haven’t been with in over a year. I have expressed my frustration and requested a full refund for all money they took from me in 2023 ($298) including another yearly member fee. This gym can clearly see the membership hasn’t been used and I know that they have notes on my account in the gym. I have once again made my frustrations known and requested a refund. They are still sending me in circles. Once I threatened to take negative action against them they stopped responding.

They make it difficult to cancel. Added one time 39.99 fee each year on top of monthly charges.

Cancellation is expensive and nearly impossible if you no longer live in the area, they never even pick up the phones to answer their calls.You also may notice the manager's responses to reviews saying it takes 5 minutes online or by phone when they will just bounce you back and forth between the two non-functional services.This kind of payment hostage should be illegal

terrible account mgt! cannot cancel your membership at the location. must create a web account provide, payment info to cancel your membership and be charged an additional $19.00. stay clear of this franchise.

Cancellation instructions are deceptive and now i'm stuck with a $120 bill. Would not recommend... just go to the new Planet Fitness next to it!

Signed up for the free membership online after realizing I didnt have time to go to the gym I thought I cancelled my membership. Apparently not because they proceeded to charge me for months until I got a new debit card after losing my old one. Workout Anytime then sold another $130 worth of payments to a debt collector without ever contacting me. All this and I've never stepped foot in their gym.

Has all the essentials including a squat rack just a tad small so it's important to go at a slower time otherwise you'll be waiting for equipment you want to use.

I have been emailing the owner back-and-forth trying to cancel my membership due to me moving out of state they are trying to refuse my cancellation and is continuing to force me to be a member there and charge me wages when I no longer even live in the states ! This place has no HR or no higher authority than the owner so whatever the owner says goes so because the owner feels in his personal opinion that no one is allowed to cancel memberships at his gym because of so-called company policy but when overlooked nothing in the policy was stated about not being able to cancel memberships so this has been a back-and-forth battle to try to cancel my membership this place is unprofessional and has no higher Authority ! They are forcing me to maintain a membership at a gym in a state I don't even live in ! This is unfair it's not my fault they only have one location so what are they expect me to do when I move out of state drive all the way across state just to go to their gym

The staff here will set you up for jail if possible. Luckily for me I'm a professional driver. All of their equipment that they have, my coworkers and I have definitely helped put into place for this business to run. I have simply walked inside to use the restroom and wash my baby's bottles. I made sure to ask the representative there and was given permission to do so. But now after 10 minutes of being in the bathroom, I'm being threatened with cops over what I was ok'ed to do? Interesting. Glad planet fitness will be taking over that area. Especially if you think as a man, you're allowed to watch women in the women's room in the 1st place. Definitely seeing you guys in court for that. Thanks.

If I could give this gym 0 stars I would. The manager, Michael, offered me personal contact information of a past employee in case I wanted to call said employee and “chew him out” for not giving me proper information when enrolling me with my membership. On top of not being made verbally aware of these extra fees, the owner was incredibly condescending and disrespectful. A lot of the workout anytime staff at this location are females, and if he’s willing to give out personal contact information of employees, he could be putting his employees safety at risk. On top of him being unprofessional and disrespectful, he promised to cancel my account on July 12th then proceeded to wait until August 13th to follow through, which led to me being charged for another month. Listen to every bad review on this gym, because the people talking about charges they were not made aware of are not lying. Mike also promised to cancel my membership free of charge if I did not publicly taint their image, and when I did say something about leaving a bad review he said “I’m just trying to be nice by canceling your account, but I really don’t need to do that if you’re just gonna tell people about this.” So you’re concerned I’m going to tell people the truth about the gym? That says a lot. Do not waste your time at this establishment. The only upside is I have not encountered a single rude employee. Every employee I’ve conversed with (sometimes in tears as this gym led to me over drafting more than once) was so kind and patient. I hope they can work for a different owner, as Mike is not deserving of running this establishment.I’d also like to add the owner is very unprocessed it comes to making phone calls or answering emails. I had to wait over a week to hear back the first time I reached out.

Nice gym and equipment. However, if you plan on cancelling your membership after the contract expires they will give you the run around. In my case they continued to bill me for 6 months until they refunded about half of what I paid. After my membership was cancelled, they continued to bill me for a lower amount!! customer service is horrible. I've emailed and called this establishment multiple times and have waited over weeks time for responses.
