I’d feel better about shopping here if the mark ups weren’t so high. It doesn’t apply to everything in the store and some of there products are local, which is always nice. All in all, for in person purchases, as opposed to shopping a huge company with questionable HR policies (Amazon), it’s a nice place to make in person purchases.

"Now" brand 200mg L theanine can be readily found online pretty much anywhere, ordered through Amazon prime to receive in two days (I just ordered for a friend three bottles twice the size of the only size this health food store said for now was shipped to them), all for half what they sell here. If 100% markup is worth immediate convenience go for it. Would be interesting to check their other markups. Otherwise they have a lot of selection and yeah good stuff
