I have purchased several GMC trucks from WARSAW GMC BUICK, the reason I chose to travel 30 miles to do business with them is their sales department and their service department, their sales department listens to what I want, they answer my questions, if they don't know the answer they get it, but what I appreciate the most is their no pressure approach to sales, our sales consultant Tristan Larsh has worked with my wife & I on several vehicle purchases and we really appreciate how professional he has been for us to work with, thanks Tristan for making our purchases so easy. As far as the service department, we have only had normal service on our vehicles no major repairs, but they get our service done on time and everything has been done correctly the first time no disappointments. Would I recommend this dealership to family and friends, of course, my brother bought his new GMC truck from them.

While the service face to face was good, I had very big problems with communications. We are a two vehicle family so we can't go without a vehicle for long (which I explained to the rep setting up the appointment). I took my vehicle in for recalls that according to a rep I spoke to on the phone said would take 3 hours. To be safe, we left our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica on a Tuesday evening, so it should be ready Wednesday afternoon, only to find out it was not even started for a whole day because of a complication that was not communicated to us. We figured by the evening of Thursday it should be finished, only to have to wait until Friday to finish something that should've only taken at most a day. It was very difficult not to be rude or snarky when the service rep suggested it's partially our fault, I had no cellular issues once so ever and the only call I missed was returned promptly. I felt like I had to initiate communication to even be in the loop, which I felt was unacceptable for a big car dealership. If I have to take it to the dealership again, I'd rather make the drive to Goshen or Columbia City for a better service experience than go back to the Warsaw one.

Went in for an oil change, and bought a 2023 Acadia AT4. Christian Marin was very friendly and easy to deal with. This was the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased here. Definitely a great place to purchase a vehicle!

When I bought my 2024 GMC Terrian Jacob the salesman was a great communicator and kept me informed every step of the way since my vehicle had to located from another dealer in order for me to get it equipped like I wanted it and Zac the business manager was very professional and gave me a great deal on an extended warranty.

My husband and I bought a vehicle from there last week we was very happy with the employees very friendly and helpful Jacob was are sale man and got use the vehicle we was looking for he did a great job and everyone else there made sure we was taken care of and the detailer did a great job cleaning are vehicle I highly recommend Warsaw GMC great place to get a vehicle I've been to a lot of car dealerships and they are by far the best place to do busses wish more was like them it was very important to me to let everyone know how much I appreciate them

Miles didn't match the work miles written on the service sheet.Before taking your car for repairs here, please take a picture of your odometer BEFORE it is serviced.There's absolutely no excuse or reason as to why the vehicle was driven 30+ miles for a simple repair. Lying about it made it even more unprofessional and sketchy.Makes me wonder how many other customers this has happened to or what's being done during those extra miles.

I highly recommend you visit this salesman at Warsaw. I have purchased my second vehicle recently from here and had the pleasure of dealing with the same salesman. Matt Norman is very professional and courteous. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory on hand. He went above and beyond to get me in a new ride. Great service!!!

Went to warsaw gmc to look at trucks, wasnt expecting to find what i wanted, but they had had it! Ashley sumpter was awesome to work with, very polite, not pushy, got a fantasic deal on a 2023 gmc at4! More than reasonable trade in deal for my 2016 silverado, she went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with her services! Thank you so much!

We just purchased a beautiful used 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. This is actually the 2nd Jeep we've purchased at this dealer. We came down from Mishawaka because they had what we were looking for both times. This sale was a unique situation, as the vehicle was getting some extensive work performed before we could test drive it. Even though there were some bugs to sort through, and it took some time making sure things were right, WCDJR made sure to accommodate everything we asked for. Zach White was our salesman, and he was outstanding. He restored my faith in customer service, which seems to suffer a lot these days. He's a great communicator and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. In the end, we're very pleased with the purchase and the service we received during this entire transaction. Thank You Warsaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

I took our family van in to get a check engine light fixed. I told them the check engine code and told them exactly what it was doing (or not doing). I suspected a bad TIPM but wanted the dealership to confirm for me. They called me back and wanted to replace the cooling fan because of “bad bearings”. I wasn’t feeling too confident in that being the fix. Especially when they wanted $1116 to replace the fan. They told me that he was 80%-90% sure it would fix the problem. I didn’t like those odds for that price. (The van is 10 years old and this would have been 20% of the value of the van.) The service guy tried to get me to talk to a salesman to trade in the vehicle on a new one. I felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of for a new sale. I took the van home and decided to buy a fan online and replace it myself. They said it would take 2.5-3.0 hours to change the fan. I did it in 15 mins with literally 2 tools. The fan did not fix the problem and after looking at the paperwork the tech said that the loud noise from the fan was bad bearings. The noise was from the fan being stuck on high like I told them. I didn’t feel listened to and I will not be taking anything back to the service department. I’ll be taking it to Fort Wayne because that dealership seems to listen to me and has an understanding to what the problem is. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because through all this they were polite to me. That’s about all the positive feedback on my experience.
