Just bought a 2023 $138,000 Electric Hummer. The staff was cool especially Tristan and David. The manager appeared to be a racist he went out his way to make the process challenging. If it wasn’t for Tristan and David plus the fact I drove 3 hours to the lot I definitely would have backed out. Great coffee though

The collision center does an amazing job. Very professional and courteous gentlemen do the estimates. Work was completed in a timely manner and the car looked great when I picked it up. Highly recommend their collision center for repairs.

I am thrilled with my purchase!! I was looking specifically for a Tahoe with 3rd row seating! Riley Brennan found me a perfect vehicle!!! It is super clean with low mileage at the price that was affordable!! She drives like a dream and pulls my camper beautifully!!! I never felt pushed to purchase. I was able to finance through the dealership and received a lower finance then my own Credit Union here in Muncie Indiana. I searched all over for “ The specific vehicle “ that would fit my growing family needs. He found it!! Her name is Gypsy and I love her!

I went in at last minute, to have service with no appointment in desperate need to have a on/off start battery replaced, what a great team of service people, they treat you very well, make sure your treated with great service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. LIES AND FRAUD AWAIT YOU!I made an appointment to do some warranty work. However, I had just passed the mileage allowance for the warranty. That was acceptable because it is what it is. I then talked to the parts guy there at Warsaw GMC to ask how much this broken latch for the Sun roof screen would cost. I was told they don't make just the latch and I would have to but the entire sunroof frame for $250 and then pay the labor for them to uninstall and reinstall my ENTIRE sunroof. Guess what??? Went a different dealer, the dealer I bought my car from (Warsaw was a 20 minute drive versus this dealer is an hour drive) and was told that those latches are cheap plastic and break all the time (really? When you pay the price for a Denali???) and GMC has a metal replacement latch for $90!Warsaw GMC shame on you and your employees for the LIE AND FRAUD!

Update:I took our vehicle in on 7/14/23 to have a brake inspection done. At the time I did not know if this would be something we would be charged for since calls were never returned. Pat (I believe was his name) was amazing! He checked out the brakes and did confirm they were new, but had left grooves in the rotors. He went above and beyond to make sure I did not have to pay for the repairs. I was in and out within a few hours. Unfortunately I still can not give a 5 star review because it should have never taken as long as it did to get the repairs needed. The lack of concern and communication was disappointing. I can not thank Pat enough for getting to the bottom of the issue and making sure I was safe on the road again!We recently purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica with Tristan (who was amazing!) and before signing asked about the brakes as we noticed they were squealing. We were promised that both the breaks and rotors were new and that the sound was likely from just being washed. Over the next few days the sound became louder and honestly much worse. I stopped in again and someone from the service dept. visually inspected it and drove it, but assured us again that they were new, but said it was likely the rust on the rotors from sitting on the lot for to long. The next week the sound became even more louder, but also started grinding. Stopping in again I was directed to someone who scheduled an appointment for them to be fixed. The very nice lady did not know if this is something we would be responsible for, or if the dealership would be replacing the brakes they promised me twice were new. I stopped and asked one of the men in the office and was told that it would be unlikely, as we did purchase a used car and those things happen, and that he would have to get it approved and would call me. I never received a call, so I called the next day spoke with yet another person promising to check in on the situation and find out what was actually done to the brakes if anything, and if they would be covered. He promised me he would get back to me with in the next 30 mins or so. I have heard nothing. I understand purchasing used comes with risk, however I do expect the brakes to be new when I was told twice they were. They are very clearly not, and I do not feel like they have any intentions to make this right.The sale of the car was effortless and Tristan was not pushy in the slightest. I truly believe he had no ill intentions by telling us the brakes and rotors were new. He’s been helpful in trying to get this resolved, but I’m sure he can only do so much.This is our second vehicle purchased with Warsaw GMC. In fact, we only purchased this vehicle because they reached out to us about our last purchase and if we still had it. At this time I can say we will not recommend Warsaw GMC to anyone based on our recent interactions in trying to get this issue resolved.

I have had the privilege of buying and leasing several cars from Warsaw GMC Buick. I have always been treated with courtesy from salesman to service to the body shop. I must say that Matt Norman is a highly skilled, knowledgeable salesperson. He searched and searched for just the right vehicle in my price range. He made calls to other dealers if they didn’t have what I wanted and always phoned with an update or to ask questions. Even after the sale was made, Matt made personal phone calls to make sure everything was comfortable, safe, and secure. If there was a problem, Matt made sure it was taken care of in a timely with a follow-up phone call. I have never had a salesperson take this kind of interest in a customer after a purchase has been made. I so appreciate all that Warsaw GMC did to make my buying/leasing experience as pleasant as possible.

If I could give Matt Norman an 8/5 stars I would. He and the Warsaw team did a fantastic job working with our circumstance and getting us the best possible deal. Because of them, we came out with the best possible ending of an upside down situation. Incredible respect all the way around!!

My experience here was great. I worked with Tristan to get myself into a Dodge Durango. He was very kind and never pushy. The finance department worked really hard to get me where I wanted to be. I appreciate all their great customer service! Highly recommend!

Matt Norman is who I send all my friends and family to see when they need a new vehicle. I know that he will go above and beyond for his customers to make sure their car purchasing experience is a good one. Matt makes sure to let you know that he isn't there just to sell you a vehicle, but that he is also available after the sale to answer any questions you may have.
