From the time I dropped off my Terrain for service to the time I got it back afterwards was very timely. Rick was great and very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this Service Department for all of your service needs.
Another appointment ~ I didn't have an appointment but Rick, the Service Manager was able to get me right in. Fast and very professional service as always. All of my issues and concerns were addressed to my complete satisfaction. I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else for service and or repairs.
7/17/24 I was having a clunking noise in the front end of my GMC. Rick got my Terrain in right away, had my concern diagnosed and immediately found the problem. Parts were ordered and repairs were completed within a few days. I am extremely grateful to this Service Department as they take great care of all of my vehicles!

I had a 10:00 appt. for an oil change. My vehicle was not done until AFTER 3:30. That is 5.5hrs to get the oil changed. I was told that there was probably quite a few "drop offs" that were not on the schedule that were done first. Doesn't an APPOINTMENT guarantee that "drop offs" are not going to take MY slot??? VERY unhappy.

Employee's were very professional and polite. Even with technical difficulties with computer systems used at dealer, they still made the buying process smooth and seamless. Sales Rep (Shane) was awesome and made the buying process as headache free as possible.
