Every time we have a package that’s supposed to be delivered to our house they always say that they attempted to deliver the package, but couldn’t, and they excuse would be a dog or they attempted to and still couldn’t and it’s a lie we always at the door and they don’t even try to come to the house and deliver the package. Lazy!

Most worthless Post Office. Delivered my mail to neighbor, I had my flag up and did not pick up pkg. Never know if pkgs will be picked up. Then I have to pay full price

We were left a slip saying we had to pick our package up because they "missed us." We were sitting at the couch which is 3 feet from the front door, in which they never knocked at. Then when we called the post office to question why this happened we were met with extremely rude service when all we wanted was information on why they never knocked at the door to sign for our package. When the driver returned the package she was rude as well. We have lived here for the past 7 years and have never had a problem prior.

Amazon packages delivered to my garage door they drove all thur my yard and tore it up who is going to fix the mess they made I have this on my house camera I will.be calling to see who did this and they will fix my yard.

My packages are delivered to the wrong box on a regular basis. It’s costed me hundreds and could’ve harmed my dog when they gave his medicine to someone else.

Completely useless and lazy. Sent a package back for no reason. Never had to put my apartment number on anything until now. The mail people aren’t even allowed to come inside the building they are required to leave everything outside the “building”. Thanks a lot idiots. Needed that package for this weekend.

You can't even rely on packages to come on time. Constantly says out for delivery and they don't show up

As of right now they can't even be bothered to deliver most packages. They'll either hold them seemingly indefinitely at the post office or just mark them down as undeliverable instead of actually attempting to deliver anything other than garbage junk mail.

We have not received mail at West Haven estates for 2 days. Their excuse is that it is a new person and she said she could not find it. Needs to have a trainer with them until they really know their route. Tired of all the excuses.
