I use the services of this location at least weekly and sometimes multiple times per week and I can't give them enough praise! The staff are friendly and helpful and consistently greet me with a smile even when I have an armload of packages to be sent. They are professional and accurate and always call me when they incur a delivery issue. I couldn't give my clients great customer service without their great customer service!

I stopped by this store on 12/23 as I was traveling. It was around 9:30 am. The sign on the door said the store was open at 9:00 am yet all the lights were out and the door was locked. There was someone that showed up and went into the store but did not open the store. I was not going to wait around so I got back on the road to get to my destination. Now I have to find a store to drop my package off after Christmas.

When I came to make Amazon returns today I walked in on the employees complaining about all the returns they have to do for Amazon. They told everyone there we should be smarter about purchases and how ridiculous it is they have to process so many returns. We were told to shop local because stores offer free returns too. I feel like they shouldn’t be talking to customers this way. I am not using this ups store any more. I’ll go across town to staples instead of coming here again. FYI I generally shop local.

I am still dealing with this owner over a lost package that was issued a claim by UPS back in FEB. No payment has been made to me and I continue to make calls and requests. Empty promises and bad business.

run from this store. they will charge you and never ship your package or mess it completely up and you will never get your refund. so many complaints made on them. still waiting for refund since February.

I shipped 2 overnight packages, total value $228Yet they insist on charging $3 for 8" tape to seal the box.Am I being petty? Yes. But really? $3 to tape up a box???

So I just went in there to drop off Amazon returns and I forgot my wallet.( I'm gonna add that I'm handicapped). So even tho I only owed $1.07 the young lady behind the register paid for it so I didn't half to go back out to the car to get my wallet and return to pay. All she said was to pat it forward. She put a smile on my face after coming out of a emotional appointment today. U never know how ur kindness effects people. Thank u

Normally going to the UPS store is pleasant and easy. Today, I went in to take Amazon returns. When I went in, the UPS worker was on her personal cell phone and was still proceeding to try to help me. Ok, I can go with that but when I was told I needed a box, and then I explained that what I clicked on to do the Amazon return said that it would get packaged there. She then ended her cell phone call and all the while I was feeling like I interrupted her. She told me it needed a box and started to get rude. I realize that she probably deals with this everyday but I explained it was my first time doing this this way with Amazon. The process with her tone of voice was extremely condescending and I said I realize that she has got a lot going on from what I could over hear on her personal cell phone call but she was being rude. Then she told me that I just kept explaining and she deals with this everyday. I will go back to taking my returns to Kohls.
