Needed to buy a new car and this was the nearest dealer who had exactly what I wanted. With the price of a new car these days, I don’t want to settle for a car that isn’t. Buying from an out of state dealer was an interesting experience but Cory made it happen pleasantly. It is interesting to understand how little say dealers have with the manufacturer but Cory promptly addressed any issues. I can’t understand why Toyota insists on only sending cars with black interiors to the deep South. I know it hides stains from little kids better but it’s still gets way hot in the summer. Cory has also followed up with me more than once after I picked up the car to make sure any questions I had got answered.

Just bought a Rav4 Hybrid. That was just about as easy as it gets! Bernie was my salesperson, he was down to earth and great to work with!!!Haven’t used the service department yet. I hope that is as top rate as the buying experience was.

What more can you ask for? Great service from great people. Drove over two hours to get the specific car we wanted, and would do it again in a heartbeat. Bernie was the best! Highly recommend to anyone, best Toyota in the state.

I drove 45” from my home in Ft. Wayne, IN to purchase a new Highlander and am so glad I did. The sales representative, Cory Rogers, was very helpful, straightforward, and pleasant. There was no sales pressure - it was like the Saturn dealerships in the 90’s. I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership and highly recommend them, especially Cory.

Came in for warranty service, all they did was rotate tires. No one explained or covered that no oil change was performed. No one explained anything they services they performed on my Tacoma. The Man who greeted me would not make eye contact.with me??Services: Tire rotations

Great Car…Terrible Buying Experience!Toyota makes quality cars. Toyota of Warsaw did not provide a quality car buying experience! If the “Smart Path” price on the website looks good to you finish the deal online because you cannot get the same deal at the dealership. They got me in the door with the “Smart Path” price and then rushed/pressured me into signing a significantly more expensive lease deal in person. Sound like a “Bait and Switch“???…After this experience I recommend buying your car online and only going to the dealership to pick it up.

I brought my truck in for a passenger side airbag recall. Work was done within the timeframe specified. When I got home, I realized my ArmorAll floor mat was not returned to my car. When I called, they denied it. It was perfectly obvious it was removed as there is an outline where it was for years before service. I’ll buy a new one. I won’t return. Sounds like company policy is to just deny on first-call. I’m not into it.

We drove over two hours to test drive a rav4 in the color we liked. Let me tell you, it was worth every minute of that drive. Bernie was the best sales rep you could ask for. Very chill, no pressure and really friendly. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone and will be going back for our next vehicle.

Had a good salesperson, Janna. When I left the lot on day one I never thought she would call me with an answer to a question. She called me the next day. I am purchasing the car and have had good service, good pricing and easy credit application. I will see Janna tomorrow to pick up the car. Thank you, Warsaw Toyota!

Nobody smiled except for the lady taking my money. I scheduled an appointment to get a QUOTE for fixing my vehicle. They convinced me to get my oil changed there as well. I wasn’t expecting the $200+ bill I received after they had my vehicle ALL day just for an oil change and to tell me what it might cost to have them fix my vehicle. I will NOT be going back.Service: Oil change
