Another great experience with Jana Gill. This is our 3rd purchase with her. Each time she has incredible patience, no pressure sales, explains everything in detail. This dealership is one of the few that understands customer service and building relationships with their customers. We won’t purchase a vehicle anywhere else.

Travis, the Service manager charged me $400 and then refused to work on my car for "liability reasons".
They informed me I owed them money in a text message 5 minutes before the car was to be picked up from their shop.
My car was returned with plenty of new scratches and dents in the door after our heated discussion.
I will never do business here again.
Do better, mechanics and dealerships everywhere have to work hard to gain their customers' trust because of sleazy shops like yours!

I purchased a 2024 Toyota Venza Limited at Warsaw Toyota, Josh Ogden was the salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car, answered any questions I had and I never felt pressured to buy. He thoroughly explained the technology, paired my phone and helped me download the Toyota app, which is great by the way. He has reached out to me since the purchase to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions. Great customer experience, thank you!

I was driving by and happen to see that a new RAV4 Hybrid had just arrived on the lot. I had been looking for this particular vehicle for awhile and just happened to drive by at the right time. Nathan helped us make the purchase easy and it was in my garage by that evening. There was a problem getting the Drive Connect to work correctly, but Nathan patiently troubleshooted the problem until it was working correctly.

I had one best buying experiences with Kyle at Toyota of Warsaw. Prior to visiting the dealership, I asked Kyle for the specific options for this truck that I was looking at purchasing! He did better and sent me a copy of the original window sticker! The following days I visited the dealership and my truck was standing tall! We worked out a price and came to agreement no hassles! I would recommend Kyle and Toyota of Warsaw to anyone that wants the best buying experience!
