Well where to start. I have waited almost 2 years to write this because all of the issues we have had with this car we purchased for our son, which was his first car. It’s is a 2007 Buick Lucerne a true POS. We paid over $6k for this car. I will say the car inside and out looked great but that is where it stops. The first week of owning it we had to put new shocks and struts and flush the transmission, total cost $2800. From there within the next 3-4 weeks the car was leaking which turned out to be a coolent leak as well as a slow oil leak which is all over our street total cost to stop some of the leaking was another $1K. The engine is also leaking somewhere according to the mechanics but they can not say for sure without digging into the engine which could cost thousands. Also to find out from multiple mechanics that the V8 North Star engine is complete garbage. At the end of the day it’s my fault for purchasing but I am no mechanic. I would’ve expected much better from a dealer to lead me the correct way in my purchase. All in all I would DEFINITELY NOT EVER PURCHASE a vehicle from this dealership. You need to be better Ryan Motors. You lost a customer that was going to need to purchase 3 more vehicles but I’m guessing you could care less. I’ve learned my lesson to NEVER purchase a vehicle from a small side show lot.

An excellent dealership indeed. The customer service is outstanding. The car was solid and clean, no issues whatsoever. I was able to drive it right off the lot. I will certainly recommend Ryan motors.

Honesty: I called them about a truck and while talking said we would be coming to look at it but were an hour away. Five minutes later, the saleman called to tell me he looked at the truck and wanted me to know that it did have some scratches on it and fender dings and described them. He didn't want us to drive that way and be disappointed. That is an honest person. We are still looking at their inventory and will try to get over there. Thank you !

I Love This Dealer!Had been speaking w/ Senior,He was busy w/ other clientele, when I got there, so Jr., helped me.Good Folks Here.I bought a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country.I have to read the owner's manual to find out what accessories it has and how they work.Easy to see from the street.The entrance is on Bronson. When I need another vehicle, I'm heading back to Ryan Motors LLC!They're the best!

To preface, I don't like going to dealers to buy cars. I drove a ways out to these guys on a Saturday morning to take a look at a car. They were so pleasant and reasonable; I didn't feel like I was buying a car from a dealer, it felt like I was buying a car from a family friend.

Bought a truck here after mine was totaled. Very happy with my purchase. The guys were extremely reasonable on price and super friendly. One if them (forgive me for not remembering your name) gave me cash out of his wallet for gas before I drove away. Great guys.

We made the trip from Fort Wayne to Warsaw because Ryan Motors had a few vehicles we wanted to check out. And it was definitely worth the trip! We found the perfect car for our family. Excellent condition and very reasonably priced! Their service was personable and friendly while not at all pushy; they gave us space to check out the vehicles and were available as needed to answer questions.
We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and if we are in future need of another car, we know where to go! Thank you Mr. Ryan!
