I expected the bare minimum, i got less. Not only did they ignore the message left on the machine, they didn't bother calling me back, but they wont honor warranty requirements because "we don't do loaner vehicles" even if your insurance/ford warranty says they do. Theres a reason locals don't buy from here. Don't buy, dont service, they should be ashamed of their customer service. When another Dealer offers empathy and solutions to Ford failures Rice Ford only added to the stress of having a under warranty car suffer catastrophic mechanical failure in the wake of -10F actual Weather. I Will forever remember this experience and think the guy who said "ive been here 30 years" should take a good hard look in the mirror and ponder - maybe thats whats wrong.

Car was taken right in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car was done right on time. Will gladly use them again.

So our antenna was damaged on the rood of our Ford vehicle. We took it to Rice to have them replace it and we get a call at the end of the day saying the roof is bowed and they took it to Crouse WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION!!!We had our vehicle professionally fixed at an alternative and certified body shop. The body shop sold that it looks like Rice absolutely shoved the antenna on to the roof causing it to bow and that the way the antenna was damaged prior wouldn't have caused it to bow. Such poor customer and technical service. Will never go here again. We could have avoided $1,700 in damage. I would love to see the security cameras for 100% clarification but until then I blame you.Response to the "owner"A carwash did not press the roof in. We never mentioned a carwash ever. It was the emergency pull handle to our garage that pulled the antenna off. So how does pulling on a roof make it bow inwards? Think about it.By the way this is why you guys are awful, no matter how upset a customer is, the company should retain the upmost respect to its community and strive to make things right. Not be a keyboard warrior and blaming the customer for everything that you do.I would take my vehicle literally anywhere else besides you and your evil twin brother lakeside.

took my car in for fuel filter change a little early for my 9 am appt. I was done in 35 minutes. price was less than quoted and truck runs great. had brakes done and they did a great job. couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience all the way through. We purchased our Transit from out of state and Geoff and team were super helpful with coordinating airport pickups and signing docs from afar. Would highly recommend them again.

Usually everything goes according to plan. Been here with my vehicle for routine/warranty maintenance a number of times, I can only recall one time where things took longer than expected, usually they finish on time or ahead of schedule.

Took my sons 2011 Ford Taurus in for an electronics issue. 2 months and $2600.00 later, problem was not found or fixed. They said they were close to finding the issue but could not tell me how long or how much more it would cost. I pulled the plug and took the car. The only thing accomplished was a simple throttle body repair. $2600.00 and 2 months wasted. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. At least they said thank you when they took my money.

Both Tony and Geoff were great to work with, I looked at trucks at several Ford dealerships and none matched the service at Rice Ford. I was driving by on a Tuesday and saw the truck and briefly talked to Tony, he answered all my questions and understood I was just there to look that day. Geoff followed up with me a few days later and continued to answer any questions I had and guide me though the purchasing process. We essentially made the deal through eMail. Geoff went the extra mile and picked me up from the rental company when I arrived in Warsaw on Friday. Rice Ford never pushed any unwanted extras during the sale nor added any mark up. I was in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes. I have purchased several cars from in the past and have never had such a smooth and easy process. This dealership is 90 miles from my house and I would gladly drive out and purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

We have serviced our 2019 Ford Escape at Rice Ford since the date of purchase. They have taken good care of our car for the past four and a half years. Our Escape has been a very dependable car.

Just took delivery of my fifth new Ford vehicle from Rice Ford. It has always been a good experience buying from them. They have always been helpful and treated me in a kind manner. I travel 250 miles to get to their dealership (one way) passing by numerous other dealerships because the treatment they have given me makes it worth it.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Expedition from Rice Ford. Over the years, we've purchased many vehicles. This was BY FAR the best dealership experience we have ever had. We worked with Geoff Patrick - very professional and responsive to our requests. We always dread the paperwork portion of the deal - not this time! It was an absolute breeze and there was zero upsell pressure. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Rice. We went a little bit out of our way to go to Rice Ford, but it was oh so worth it. We can't recommend these guys enough.

Tony is a very good salesman. He sold us our previous car. Our initial sales person was Jeff Patrick. We talked with him because Tony had a day off . He also was very helpful. Both are good but we were more familiar with Tony Blanchard.
