I applied to get a vehicle there. I was turned down because I didn't have enough credit because I pay everything in cash and I don't have any credit card and they didn't mind me because I guess I'm not rich enough to buy a vehicle from them. I got a vehicle in Rochester for $25,000 and I have the payments at what I needed to be. So I don't understand what this company couldn't do that this company that I got my vehicle did for me.

Mark is the man !! Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership ever !! He makes the time you are there fun and enjoyable unlike most others thanks mark for the great experience anybody that needs a vehicle go see him !!

Steve(Ziggy) was a GREAT help and helped me find a very excellent vehicle! I was sad to part ways with my old vehicle, but it needed to be done unfortunately and plus this new one has so much potential and I have ZERO complaints whatsoever! Wonderful service by R & B in Warsaw!

So I bought a GMC Sierra from R&B 2 years ago and just totaled it last weekend. Only because my experience with R&B was great, the price i paid and the quality of truck that I purchased from them was top notch, leaves no question as to where I'll be purchasing my next GMC Sierra. Big shoutout to Collan on getting an upgrade to our truck. The one we wanted had sold but he did his job well, and he did it very quick to find something better suited for us. Super friendly service, very helpful salesman, great deals and financing options. They were very accommodating and Collan is a great salesman without being too pushy. He got us a good deal for our trade as well. Definitely check out R&B if you’re looking for a truck, their selection is very good and they do a great job picking quality cars from the auctions. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Steven was absolutely amazing to work with. My husband and I never felt pressured into making a decision while working with him. He was patient as we tested and explored all of our options along with giving us input when asked. He was very honest upfront about each vehicle we had questions about. Steven was very helpful. He went above and beyond to assure we’d have the perfect car for our traveling and financial needs. The test drives are very nice in helping with that. And the paperwork was the fastest I’ve ever experienced.

So a year ago I got a van from Magic mark in Warsaw at the car company..... still to this day I have problems with it and they will do nothing to fix it nor trad it in for something that works. I have almost been hit by a Semi cause it Stalled on the highway. I have been fighting with him and the car company since a week after I got the van as that's when the problem startes.. it will start up but won't go into drive like it won't shift. The heat has a bigger affect on it.. he also never fixed my back up Carma like he promised. Never ever will I buy from them again.
