Done with PNC!!!! I had a security breach with my debit card and had to call and cancel my card. I stopped in to get a new card and was told that I can't do that without an appointment. I was leaving and going out of town to Iowa for the next week and had to travel with no debit card. PNC turns our cards off when try to stop at a Walmart and buy a laptop computer while criminals are using our card number to pay for hotel rooms and plane tickets in NYC! I just tried to schedule an appointment and can't get in until Saturday!! I will be leaving to go out of town again without a debit card!!! Thanks PNC!!! I would give negative stars if that was possible!!!

Bureaucratic, unprofessional and rude, lacking basic understanding of how their corporate functions, threatened to close my deceased grandmother’s account over not talking to a case manager even though case managers wouldn’t answer. Transferred these accounts to a family member without consent. Don’t trust banks at all, but especially these manipulative clowns.

Lacey was exceptional I reached out several times to her to book and rebook appointments. My schedule had some last minute changes. She adjusted my appointment with her a few times without any difficulty. Once in the branch she was very friendly and got me going with things quickly. Been banking with Wellsfargo since 2007. But decided it's time for a change finger crossed PNC will be a better choice. So far so good thanks to Lacey.

I banked with PNC for years. I went to get paper notarized. The ladies were so mean. They just don’t want to do it. They said we only notarize if it is related to PNC. Really? Why anyone has to notarize if the document is related to PNC? Uneducated, don’t know what they’re doing and lazy staff. They need to be trained how to treat customers.Then I went to lake city bank which is not my bank but they did it for free and they were very nice. I will pull my money out of PNC, will close account and going somewhere else. I’m done with this mean people.

We went to get a paper notarized. And there was someone who could have helped us and she wasn't busy, but no they said they couldn't help us. Then we went to a UPS store and they had no problem helping us. We have banked there for years. We will be pulling our money out and going somewhere else.

Abslootly tearable srvc rude teller tells me I need 3 forms of id to withdraw from my own acc as if the driver lic bank statements and check stubs weret enough I call the manager and get run thro a maze to find out it was a ploy to call me back to fix the matter and never call me .I run my own business and this one just lost out on doin anymore buisness with me total dump for the less employable wast of oxygen workforce in this state .

I would do no stars but that wasn't an option. I have and still on hold so far over 10 minutes.I am recently divorces and my husband had to close our joint account and open a new one for himself. Which he told me aboutWhen I go to online banking my son's savings account is gone and my ex husbands account is clear for me to see.Correction I am still on hold and it has been over 15 min. No music to could you please hold. :(

Waited in line of 7 people with one very slow teller. Saw 2 other employees who did not help out. Slowest service I’ve ever seen. Meanwhile, the drive through was blocked with workers paving… poor scheduling by management in my opinion.

PNC has been EXTREMELY helpful to me and my needs. Every time I have had an issue or problem, they have took care of the matter expediently. Most, if not all, of the issues that arose were NOT from PNC's end, but they were very accommodating to me in order to reach a solution. I would recommend them to anyone. :)

I came in today to get a renew on my debit card and to deposit money, everyone was super nice and quick. On my way out I remembered I got locked out of my online banking, so I went in to see if I could quickly get it resolved. Melanie Swartz was the branch manager and she was amazing. The process wasn't as easy as we had hoped to get my online fixed, but Melenie worked with me for nearly an hour going through multiple lines of holds on the phone and help fun banter whenever we were on hold. She was beyond kind and helpful. We had talked a little about how she is helping g out at 2 branches and they are beyond lucky to have her. Amazing time spent doing monotony, that makes for a great customer service person! 10/5 would recommend

Their drive-through location used to have three lanes, a walk-up, and an ATM when it was First National. Now it is one lane and 2 ATMs. Why even have it OPEN?
