Maintenance guy is great, he knows what he is doing and gets it done ASAP. Also the property manager is amazing as well:) She is very friendly and will help you as much as she can.

If you think they are 5 star go look at the reviews below they are mostly all fake. Read the reviews before considering this place. Absolutely horrible place to live. They don’t fix nothing. The maintenance man doesn’t fix anything and sits around all day. The office lady is never in the office and smokes on the smoke free property. No one cleans up poop. The whole place has just been patched up. Went 18 months without a dishwasher for them to give me the neighbors that didn’t work. Paided for a two bathroom and got one. Never had a fire alarm. But completed my work orders like everything was fixed. Maintenance man came and fixed our bathtub for it to over flow. So we had to pay to do it our self. Left a broken metal plug in our outlet we couldn’t get out. There was people with leaking ceilings and paying for appliances because theirs didn’t work. Health department came in for pool and another time for mold in my neighbors apartment. I could go on forever..

Orchard Ridge is an amazing place to live! The office and maintenance staff always listen to your needs and get things done in a timely manner. The property is always clean and quiet. There is nothing I would change about living here! The fact that they are doing complete remodels of each apartment and updating all appliances amazes me. Highly recommend!

Dena at the leasing office has always been very responsive. She helped me from application all the way through key pickup. Matt from maintenance is also incredibly polite and reliable.

Lived here a year, one of the best places I've ever rented. Lovely trees and water nearby, friendly staff, plenty of closet space.

Dena is very good as manager. We moved in here 3 months ago and she has always been helping us with all our queries. The apartments are nice too!

I have lived here 10 years in August. Everything has been good . When I have problem in my apartment the maintenance person comes right away. I have a few thing in my kitchen that needs fixed ,drawers an my counter tops. I plan on talking w Dea when I sigh my new lease, in august
