They went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle — and the time I saved not having to take it in and wait was able to be used to care for my family. In business, there is sometimes the tendency to hyper focus on logistics and the bottom line, and in turn, forget to how human. This was not my experience with the team at Boggs. “Smith Tire has consistently provided exceptional customer service to my wife and me for over 15 years. I first discovered Smith Tire by accident. We lived in South Whitley, and I had just purchased an expensive set of four all season radial tires from a very large national tire franchise in Fort Wayne for my Buick Lucerne the previous weekend. I was heading to work in Warsaw on Monday morning and hit something on a rural county road, destroying one of the tires.I went to Smith feeling sick to my gut because I just purchased the tires two days before and couldn’t believe my bad luck. To my surprise they had a new tire in stock that was identical to the one I destroyed. I expected that the cost would be a lot higher because the place in Fort Wayne had 24 car bays and told me that ‘…we can sell for less because we get a volume discount and pass along the savings to you.'Smith’s cost was quite a bit less for one tire than the cost of the one tire price from the set of four. The people at Smith were friendly and the cost was less. I started scheduling my car repairs at Smith Tire which was convenient because I could schedule an appointment to drop a car off in the morning and pick it up before closing.
