When have you had that happen? Anyway, the Bank’s response verifies that upper management listens to customer concerns and that customer focus is an important part of their corporate philosophy. She adjusted my appointment with her a few times without any difficulty. Once in the branch she was very friendly and got me going with things quickly. Been banking with Wellsfargo since 2007.
