I receive the reminder & pick up text. I received one on 11/20 that my prescription will be ready 11/21 after 3, nope. Then 11/21 it’ll be ready 11/22 after 2. I go through drive thru it’s not there. She tells my their buyers are having trouble finding it! I told her then stop sending text messages that it’ll be ready on a certain day & time. I’ve wasted time & gas. Not to mention the fact I NEED this medication!! Now tomorrow I’ll be calling my dr who won’t be in until Monday because of the holiday & see what else I can take. Meijer pharmacy used to be good, it’s going downhill just like the others in town.

Went to pick up a prescription for my sick mom, and was told first there was no prescription. Not true. Then they said it was probably a reminder for a refill, but not a refill itself. Also not true. Then they said it was already picked up. Super not true. I overheard that it was actually just sitting ready and nobody had picked it up. No apology, no explanation, and definitely not going to return here.

Rude employees that scream at you in the drive-thru. They never have your medication in stock and say they ordered it and it will be ready after 2:00 PM the next day. You go to pick it up and nothing was ordered and nothing was done about it. Also, I discovered they’re more expensive than Walgreens.

Worst ever .Waited on a call for an hour today .So I called they said order was back ordered. Then why not call your customer instead we waited and hour.I realize your busy .Just courtesy would have been nice since we have a 30 min drive

After over 9 years of devoted business with Meijer, my family of 6 is done. With a birthday present and card in hand, customer service refused to check me out—despite having no line and despite every lane being 6 people deep, and self checkout was even longer. This was Jan 29 at 1:00, a Saturday. I called and management said their policy still allowed for me to check out in customer service in that scenario, but that she wasn’t there so she didn’t know what the situation was…okay, that was why I explained it to you. We were running 10 minutes late to a birthday party because a little girl visiting our house had busted her mouth open on ice. If there weren’t circumstances that made me ask to be checked out at customer service I wouldn’t have cared, but by the time they made me wait, we were 30 minutes late—and the customer service woman WASN’T DOING ANYTHING!!!

The Pharmacy personnel contacts when RX is ready, drive up window personnel knows how to collect Insurance requests in short time. Personnel is always smiling and willing to work for you.

Never have medicine in stock, always have to wait several days for them to fill prescription. Very rude when asking why. Switched to different pharmacy.

customer service was amazing! I very seldome will review a store but today I had a great experience! I'll be back later today to buy their 10 for 10 sale!
