Workers were friendly. Thought it was weird that the tools have a security device that is sensitive enough to be set off by a 5 year old.

Placed a order for pickup on Saturday June 08 for a tool box set. We arrived at 1:25 waited 35 minutes for them to pull it to the front just to get only one in the box and the other half was scratched up and "covered with permanent marker" so we asked for one in the box. We did not leave until 3:30 after all the waiting. Saturday service is very slow and unprofessional.

The store is alright with off the shelf items, but I have been burned multiple times with things custom ordered to size such as windows or blinds. Absolute waste of money going there.

They have nice selection and store has adequate sales staff to assist w ur needs. Only thing was the older woman who "says" she didn't work in outdoor plant and flower area stood and talked w another associate in outdoor area and offered no assistance other than she doesn't work in that department. Well get to ur assigned area and stop bothering employees bc I would of bought from Lowe's if I could of gotten assistance. I just went to menards. Thanks Lowe's.

I had to go inside to do the "curbside " pickup. Other than having to wait for someone from the garden area to come to the inside pickup area, then, go to the outside pickup area to get my mulch order. It was fine!
