Employees of the service dept. were polite. However, I’ve never had to pay so much for an oil change in my life ($130). Only brought it here because other things needed to be worked on. Didn’t appreciate all the things they added to the oil change service without discussing with me first. Don’t think any of it was necessary. Won’t be coming here for an oil change again.

I would never recommend anyone to buy a used vehicle from lakeside Chevrolet, yes there nice to sale but that all Jan 2023 I bought a 2007 Pacifica what I like and could afford with warranty, 5 months later I checked oil none on stick put some in it , called got oil change, thought I check it see where they have it on dip stick ,it wasn't showing any again and no links , took it back , they said dip stick was the wrong on , it was 3 in to short had to order one , I tried to talk to someone then had a bad feeling thought I'd trade it back in for something else, oh know I was told no cash down no trade , but I didn't have cash when I bought it, but now I'm on my 3rd tranmission just got it back last night, the 2nd one took 2 1/2 months , and warranty got through every loop hole not to pay what was under warranty it costed me $3000. so I drop the warranty got some money back on loan , and I did write review when they had it and was ask to take them down and they would make things right , what a joke, I was suppose to have loaner , that was under warranty, when asked I was told they didn't have any so Dec and Jan suck no way around couldn't get out to christmas shop or anything, now the 3rd tranmission, and they told my son last week , they don't rebuild them or anything, they just buy them used from Michigan don't know if there good or not , so they get used parts for used cars just so you know , don't buy from them and I'm still paying for it haven't even had 2nd oil change yet ,

I recently purchased my new truck in Lakeside Chevrolet and had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I worked with Kyle Flumbaum who was simply phenomenal. He had my truck ready for me before I arrived. He explained everything and answered every single question about the car.
Most importantly, the whole car-buying experience was way more pleasant than anything I had before. No car salesman trickery, no BS.
I just wish there were more dealerships like Lakeside Chevrolet.

We began our search on another lot, didn't like the quality of what we drove, was heading to Nissan when we stopped in here. Roman quickly learned what we were looking for, was kind, very courteous, and joked with us. His manager also went above and beyond to help us find something we both loved that would fit our needs.
The best part, they gave us a great price on our trade in without screwing around and a great price on the Jeep. And they didn't take forever. I'd definitely seek out these gentlemen again when my car needs replaced!
