Banked here for work related stuff for years. And the positive and helpful attitudes convinced me to switch from Northwest (formerly Mutaual) Bank. Thank you to Tracy, Jade, Olivia, Jennifer, and the gang for always being great and super easy to talk to and get what I need done quickly, efficiently, and friendly!

I've banked with Lake City for the past 13 years. I've stayed with them because I always valued their support and personal touch with banking. Recently however, I had an issue with charges against my account from Lake City that I thought were unfair. It wasn't much money, but its more of the principle. I can not trust a bank with my money if they are willing to deduct small amounts from my account without a valid reason. I called the support, and they said that there was nothing they could do, and that I would have to call the branch manager. I called the branch manager and left a message on April 19th. My call has not been returned and my voicemail has not been responded to. It appears that this does not matter to Lake City.
