Billy came to fix my fan & my lights and was great! He did it quickly & gave me information as they went. He made sure to tell me he would take good care of the cats since he had some too :)

Living at Kuder Estates was an absolute nightmare. From the scorching heat in the rooms to the lack of upgrades despite increasing prices, this place was a prime example of how not to manage a residential property. One of the most unbearable aspects of Kuder Estates was the stifling heat that plagued the rooms. During the summer months, the temperatures would soar to a staggering 85°F or even higher. It felt like living in a sauna! No matter how many fans we had or how much we opened the windows, there was no escaping the oppressive heat. It was a constant battle against discomfort and exhaustion.Adding insult to injury, the management seemed completely indifferent to the unbearable conditions. Despite the soaring temperatures and countless complaints, little to no effort was made to address the issue. The lack of adequate air conditioning was a major disappointment. The AC units were either outdated or simply incapable of handling the cooling needs of the rooms. It was infuriating to pay for a place that promised comfort but failed to deliver even the basic necessity of a cool living space.Furthermore, the state of disrepair in the apartments was shocking. It seemed like Kuder Estates was stuck in a time warp, with no upgrades or renovations taking place. Year after year, the rent prices would increase without any corresponding improvements in the facilities. It was frustrating to see our hard-earned money disappear into a place that showed no signs of improvement. To make matters worse, the maintenance team at Kuder Estates was utterly incompetent. Our oven handle, for instance, was held together by electrical tape. This shoddy makeshift repair was not only a safety hazard but also a clear indication of the lack of care and attention to detail. It was disheartening to see such disregard for residents' well-being and a stark reminder that the management had no regard for maintaining the property.Overall, my experience at Kuder Estates was a total disappointment. The sweltering heat, lack of upgrades despite rising prices, and the sorry state of maintenance made it an incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable place to live. I strongly advise anyone considering moving to Kuder Estates to look elsewhere for a more habitable and well-managed living space.

Temperature inside master bedroom is 85 degrees. It is almost 11pm at night so the sun is not out, A/C in the living room is on full blast but is not reaching master bedroom, I have made sure the Baseboard radiator knob is off in the living room.I am sweating profusely. Please turn off the heat to the apartments. Is this a collusion between Kuder and the Electricity company to make tenants turn on their A/C full blast so that we have a higher electric bill?

Middle of June and the heat is still on in the apartments, they say they can't turn it off. It's my money going into the air conditioning. With as much as we get charged for rent, the washers and dryers have been broken for MONTHS!

They do not maintain their property and they do not care. The Night-time Top porch lights at the middle door of Building 3 & left door of Building 1 (respectively above the doors labeled "3105-3308" and "1101-1304") have not turned on at night for a long time, and they refuse to fix it despite notifying the main office workers nicely more than one time. This has made the parking lots poorly lit at night-time and unsafe to walk around at night-time. This makes the parking lot a good target for car thieves and looters who can hide in the shadows. If the workers at this place are told that the lights on the buildings don't work more than one time, and they do nothing about it, this means they don't care (Actions, or in this case, inaction, speak louder than words). Also, there are no security cameras around the complex unlike other apartment complexes, so if a crime happens in the parking lot, you're out of luck, the police cannot help you because there is no recorded evidence. They have also shrunk the size of their dumpsters despite the former, bigger dumpsters being overfilled constantly, so I don't understand the reasoning behind that decision. Oh wait, I know...a cost cutting decision while lowering the quality of life and convenience of the tenants. The management here simply does not care. And some of the neighbors who live here are unsettling and creepy. There is this guy and girl (I think they are related, possibly siblings, that live in Building 1) that drive their small motorcycle and scooter around and around the complex in circles and make babbling comments when they pass by me and other neighbors, and then they turn their head back and stare to see our reaction. Hopefully, they are just immature young adults seeking attention, and not a sign of more troubling things to come because they give off bad, creepy, unsettling vibes. I wouldn't be surprised if a shocking discovery is made inside their apartment and tenants go missing one of these days.

This place desperately needs updated. Has terrible air flow, so the one wall unit AC keeps the living room absolutely frigid, while the rest of the place is an inferno. We have 3 box fans just to try and move air around. The upside is, we didn't have to use our heater at all last winter. This year, we've had no hot water AT LEAST 3 times, including at present. Why am I paying $1100 for an apartment with no hot water?Maybe they should use the money earmarked for a completely unnecessary sidewalk update, and actually fix the water heater.
