Dude told me to pound sand after I shoot him a offer and a price. Pretty much told me money wasn't good enough. Doesn't know anything about negotiating. Apparently he never heard of it.

Stop in with issues with my Pilot going into limp mode and all lights come on and off randomly. I am from south of Indianapolis so nearly 3 hours from home. Nice man came out and scanned my codes and took a quick look and showed me where oil was dripping into alternator
Assured me it was safe to get back home as it was charging but not like it should. So I did make it home safe. No charge!!! Thank you for caring!

I highly recommend H & L Motors to everyone! I never have trouble getting my vehicle in and they have very reasonable rates that won't break the bank. Plus, I love that it is a family-run business with trustworthy staff who truly care about their customers.

The service here was excellent! I had a mechanical issue with my vehicle and needed a rental and could not recommend them more for the place to get one. The prices are unbeatable compared to other local car rental companies and they put me in a nice new vehicle. The rental process was easy and quick and they gave me no issues when I needed to extend it. They were all super friendly with that old fashioned small town hospitality that is lacking most places these days. I will definitely use H&L again if I ever need to!

I bought a battery for my wife's car last year here and service was great. I recently returned to purchase a battery for my truck and they didn't have the one I wanted in stock, but they called around and found someplace that did. They didn't try to force a sale and only concerned for my needs. Great service without a sale.

Several years ago, terrible experience. I had my car towed in for repairs after a break down. They gave me a short term rental car. When i returned the rental there was a problem with me getting my car, i think my credit card was declined. He said well someone else needs to rent the other car so you will need to return later for your car. I am a single mom, my parents are dead. I live in another town. It was cold, very near zero degrees outside. He said his grandaughter had a birthday party he had to get to, i should have planned better. I understand the money issue, but he would not let me use his phone, made me walk, in the winter, with no car. Someone at the Laundromat down the road let me use their phone and i called someone where I worked who drove me the 30 miles home. Not a nice person. I came back later for my car. I will never go there again, and I advise you never do so.

Great friendly people always willing to work with you for maintainance on every vehicle. Very knowledgeable and will always give great advice for when your looking to buy a car. I took another car I was looking to buy here and they drove it came back checked the engine codes, did a thorough look over on the car and engine and gave me an estimate on what they would pay for the car for $40. Really quick with repairs and they stand behind Thier work. ??
