It’s funny how good we started off being for low income and release and people they didn’t have a lot of money to come in and buy stuff for their needs. Now trying to be like eBay or thinking you’re like a Walmart or even vagally at Kmart charging over inflated prices trying to compare with eBay Poshmark Mercari. It’s sad that said this before and other post you can’t pay your employees, but you can afford to pay the people at the top and I meant, I even see it at Salvation Army you think That live behind the banner of nonprofit it’s gonna get you someplace but one day you’re gonna run out and people are gonna quit coming because Goodwill is supposed to be for the people and hope people not to fill your pockets cause I’ll tell you now the stores they ain’t updated your employees aren’t paid and it said when you have to use people for work release and being locked up because you pay so cheaply it’s sad it really is and I hope anyone that sees this voices your comments because that’s the only way you can take down corporation greed is by standing up and making sure they remember why they stirred their business in the first place. Thank you for your time and I hope you guys come around to seeing you you can’t take money with you.

Don’t love the workers attitudes, everything is incorrectly placed and overpriced. Very poorly organized.

Some of the kids clothing are too high and not checked over very well seems like they put anything and everything out on the line to buy in the clothes

We were in line for 15 minutes, got to where it was our turn, and they shut the line down. They had just opened another line that we should have been first in. Instead, we had to wait another 15 minutes. Not customer friendly.

I'm not real happy with my experience today? I was under the impression that goodwill stores we're put in place to help families who were in need of clothing period. I just called a local partner and asked a very brief and needed question: Do you(Goodwill ) give vouchers to homeless people and with thru 4 different people to just be cut off. I even asked a second question as to where could those people get that kind of asstance? So.....

$5.99 for a used toddler size 5 Reebok shirt from Walmart. Very first item I looked at, walked back out nearly instantly. Goodwill is a huge joke.

My Mom wanted a pair of hiking shoes. Not boots... A shoe. A high top tennis shoe with a rubber soul with a heavier tread pattern for walking longer distances. Not for climbing a mountain, but not a canvas shoe either. We found a pair. No special price tag or markings. The cashier was bent on charging us for boots. A $2 difference. First of all, you get all your merchandise for free. Second, I can't believe your cashier was so stressed about the extra $2. We just dropped the sale all together. I'll pay extra for a new pair of unused shoes before I pay for a pair of dirty shoes, and a cashier with an attitude. Furthermore, foot wear should be marked for the cashiers sake. She didn't know there was even a difference between a hiking shoe and boot. I gladly encourage anyone to Google It. It was clear that this poor woman didnt know anything about shoes, styles, or brands. Lost sale and future customers.

You never know what you'll find. It's like a treasure hunt. Sometimes you discover a gem. You have to be willing to do a little digging.

I've been on the prowl for a good plus sized suit coat for a while now. Im talkin at least XXL. I have not found one that fits yet, but i keep coming back in periodically and i found a trench coat that fits perfectly for $12. Top of the line stuff.Life is like a Goodwill. You never know what you're accidentally going to find that fits. Some matches are just made in heaven. Also, the employees there don't bother you too much which is something I personally prefer. Excellent establishment.

Wonderful place like a 24/7 flea market. The biggest challenge for Goodwill is you can't go in there looking for something specific, but it's a gold mine. I still struggle though with their pricing and staff's ability to group similar items together

Management is rude. It's no wonder they constantly need help, I wouldn't work there either.
