I've had them work on the same vehicle twice now. The amount of respect I have for them is high. What better folks to have fix your vehicle than the ones that teach our youth for the future. I will always go to them for my auto repair needs. The first time they worked on my vehicle it was because of an issue from another shop and even though there was still an issue after they tried to make the repair I was impressed on how they handled that situation also without giving me a lot of run around and they were quick to offer me a loaner for my inconvenience. Therefore it brought me back in the future when I had another repair. You can shop around and see that their cost of Labor is pretty much average for the area but it's the quality of service that matters also for your buck

We took my husbands VW there for diagnostic and after having it for a week and a half they called us with what their findings were. We went to pick it up and weren’t even a mile down the road when the engine cover fell off my husbands car. We pulled over and called global. They claimed it wasn’t their fault but the fault of who changes our oil. Having a VW diesel we get our oil changed every 10,000 miles, so it has been at least 6 months since our last oil change. We made it all winter without the engine cover falling off. When my husband got under the car, the screws were barely hand tightened and more than half of them were missing!

BEWARE CROOKS. i brought in my car with a few issues i wanted looked at and paid $380 dollars for diagnostics and no work done, which i was already upset about, and go out to my car being completely undriveable making sputtering noises, rocking back and forth, and a flashing check engine light. so then i paid $200 for a tow to a different auto repair place, and nothing fixed. thank you global auto for wasting $500 and two weeks of my time.Service: Auto maintenance

Almost two years ago took my vehicle to them to have a few repairs done, was told it’d take TWO weeks for them to complete the work, TWO MONTHS LATER I finally got my vehicle back. Not only did they do a bunch of extra work (AND tried charging me for it) that I didn’t request or approve, but left my radiator less than half ways full, and caused all sorts of other issues to my vehicle that I’m STILL trying to get fixed. Fast forward to a couple months ago when I had to do some other maintenance on the vehicle: gaskets that they claimed they replaced weren’t, you can look at them and tell they’re the OEM gaskets from the factory, several major components to the engine weren’t tightened as they should’ve been, and a few other things were taken off the vehicle and not replaced as they should’ve been. So far I’ve had to replace fuel pressure lines they decided to remove on their own, a cracked fuel injector sensor, fuel injector pressure valve, and a couple other fuel lines that were leaking due to their shoddy work. Needless to say, wasn’t worth the $4k I had to spend to get my vehicle running again, I could’ve done the work myself for a fraction of the price and it would’ve been done correctly. Don’t waste your time or money going to these scam artist, especially if you value your vehicle and want it around more than a couple months after they work on it.Service: Engine repair
