REPLACED THE WRONG WINDOW, and didn't correct the mistake. The sweet, sweet lady behind the desk listened to me describe how the rear hatch window on my Yukon XL was delaminating from the hinges and needed to be replaced. I asked her how much it would be, and she told me about $800. So I left my truck with them and came to pick it up a few days later to see my parking tags removed from the rear-view mirror, and the oil change sticker gone... That's when I realized the windshield was new. I got out of the truck and looked at the rear hatch... and the hinge is still delaminated from the window.
I pointed it out to the lady, and she was dumbfounded. Looked up the quote she gave me, and realized she'd looked up the windshield. I asked why no one questioned why they would replace a window that didn't have any cracks on a 20 year old truck, and she had no answer. The next business day, she said she was going to have to pay for the new window out of her paycheck, and she only had $200 to put toward the $1000 window, so it would cost me ANOTHER $800 to get the window I already paid $800 to replace... I declined. Today, I am writing this review because I'm so frustrated at this situation. I cannot recommend this company unless you look VERY closely at what she's ordered.

They came right out and replaced two windows for me. The service people from the phone to the installers were all very professional and did a awesome job

I recently purchased a car that had a chip in the windshield. Dealer said it had already been repaired but, with a big road trip and winter coming up, you can never be too careful.
I called Thursday morning to see if they had room for me the same day and it worked out perfectly!
The location was easy to find, and there were plenty of open parking spaces. Customer service was fantastic! The office is decent and straight forward. Super friendly folks who know what they're doing. Highly recommended!

Called for a quote. They said since I have lane departure etc it would be btwn $950 and $1000 installed. I called another place, same service, $600. I had one house window replaced several years ago due to storm damage. It was $350 for one standard size window. They need some local competition to bring prices down.

If you dont send them pictures and measurements of the glass you are trying to replace, they send a guy out for $50 to diagnose your situation and he doesnt even bring any glass. Gotta wait for the next guy a week later. They stop making house calls at 3 pm.I ended up measuring my window pane and going to ace hardware where they cut glass to size and have window caulk. Took me a grand total of 10 minutes.

Two years ago I need to have my windshield replaced and I used Glass Doctor of Warsaw. The service technician (Josh) was not only very professional but also very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of my questions and also helped me with my cars automatic starter that had nothing to do with the windshield. Today another car I own needed to have the windshield replaced. I was very pleased that Josh once again was able to fix the windshield. I definitely recommend Glass Doctor because from the start (phone call with Cody) to the end everything was handled professional!

This company made promises to me to get my business, then would not keep them, saying that the employees were new, something I later learned was untrue.Every time they called me, they had a different story. I find them very unethical in their practices . I will go elsewhere.

The staff change has made this company amazing! I schedule glass installation for an excavating company in Warsaw. When we have a broken window it most likely puts the machine out of service. There has been a lot of changes going on at the Warsaw store but I have to say the best change is the addition of Cody! He is the best thing that has happened to the Warsaw store! He communicates above expectations! He answers my emails promptly and he always puts a smile on my face. It has been a pleasure working with him the last few months and I look forward to working with him in the future! Keep up the professionalism!
