I don’t understand how the website says the quotes are for any location yet this store doesn’t take the item I’m trying to trade in. The CSR was nice but the frustration of driving an hour round trip just to be told something that differs from the website is disappointing. I’ll no longer use GameStop for my gaming needs.

My oldest son loves coming here. The staff is always knowledgeable and able to help when we have any issues. we buy all of our gaming controllers here because the store offers insurance. And it’s a no questions asked insurance, so if anything breaks you get to exchange the controller for a working one. So far the kids have destroyed about four controllers. if you have some broken controllers, GameStop even buys them from you and gives you in-store credit to replace them. What a fantastic service.

We came in around 3:45 to pick up a switch that was being held for us. The employee Navena was extremely pushy. When we were asking questions about a promotion being applied, she continued to cut us off while we were asking and said “It doesn’t make sense on the receipt but it’s there”. When we were discussing getting the warranty she continued to interrupt and told us we needed to get it to get the promotional savings, which turned out to be untrue. It felt like she wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. But when We repeatedly said we didn’t need games (as we had a switch at home and planned on getting downloadable games so our kids couldn’t lose them.) Navena kept pushing games at us and downloadable cards while her boyfriend uncomfortably hovered around. I completely get needing to eat while you’re at work, but chomping on a sandwich while pushing that we needed to buy a new game felt unprofessional as well.The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star, is because we happened to meet the manager at a different store while we were trying to figure out how to fix refunding the warranty we didn’t want. He was very kind and helped us fix the issue while profusely apologizing for Navenas behavior.

I have left maybe 2 reviews and have never contacted support in my life over an employee so I ensure you this is a big deal to atleast me. I was in your Warsaw store Monday December 18th just to ask about xbox deals with my daughter and to just browse. Well as I was looking at things my daughter who is 4 keeps showing me stuff from games I played when I was a kid. Kirby sonic Mario etc. And your employee Josh [not sure of last name] proceeds to make my little girls day repeatedly by bringing her over stickers and little posters from old promotions. This man went above and beyond so much. This store has a reputation of bad employees. As you can see from my purchase history I tend to frequent other gamestops bc largely this reason, that and stock. But after all of this I renewed my subscription (which I hadn't planned on doing) and proceeded to spend over 100 in the store and 40 the next day. You can verify by checking my account purchase history. So to wrap this up, this guy made my girls day. She is still showing off her stickers and posters to her sister. People in retail jobs like his don't come along often. Most don't care or just there for the income. I feel this guy Josh truly loves his job and actually cares about his customers. People like this will save your stores. Ps bring back console credit for monthly gift plzzzz

This place is filthy. Bugs (cockroach?) crawling around on product and shelves. The staff (management) does not honor pricing on items. Instead, he removes the stick while stating it must be a mistake and charges more. The District Leader has yet to contact us as we were told they would when we reached out online. A total overall failure and we will not be back. We don't want to bring bugs home with us from this place.

Place is a joke. Went looking for a series X last weekend, and the only one they had in was a forza bundle, which was fine because online its still only 559$. My issue was the 782$ price tag, without protection, because they "are fighting scalpers" is what I was told. So in order to beat the scalpers, they become the scalpers? Get real...went to meijers and got the same bundle for 559.

These folks are super knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I have had a question, they have been able to help me with the correct answer or guide me to the resources to find the right answer. The manager is always extremely kind and patient. It is nice to find people that truly love their jobs. It shows in the care and consideration they give their guests. If you do not game, but your kiddos do, these gentlemen will help you find everything you need. Thanks so much fellas.

Terrible management that is incapable of training employees correctly and lacks any sort of responsibility for maintaining the quality of the store. His lack of concern over correcting mistakes or their consequences is evident. There’s no reason to treat customers as if they are not worth your time to listen to what happened as a result of a mistake your store made.
