I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise as my insurance company set up rental while my vehicle was being repaired recently. Kristina picked me up at the auto shop, drove me back to their office to do paperwork and personally walked me through the vehicle's operations.I also received updates as per rental agreement and insurance coverages as my personal vehicle required few more days.Kristina was great in communicating with me and explaining procedures for a novice. Thanks Kristina!I would rent here again if need arises.

Hit a deer and made a 9am reservation to pick up a rental car and drop mine off at the body shop. I need to be at the hospital in Fort Wayne at 11 am. Call Enterprise yesterday to confirm my reservation and was told everything was fine. Called again this morning and was told they wouldn't have a car for me until 11:30! I'm screwed! Called the body shop to reschedule with them and they said this happens all the time with Enterprise. Very disappointed! I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars for their efforts to make things right.

?☹️?This review is centered around (BRANDON TRUMAN- store manager). With observation of the NEGATIVE reviews given to this location by multiple customers, it's obvious that the majority are due to the RUDENESS, SARCASM & BELITTLING coming from.....you guessed it, none other than BRANDON TRUMAN. He is a Horrible Horrible example of management, leadership, customer service and business ethic. If everyone that has encountered him in a professional setting was added up, it would equal 100 THUMBS DOWN. HE IS ENTERPRISE'S WEAKEST LINK. And corporate should tell him GOODBYE!!!?

Went in to get a written statement on a company letter head. And the guy behind the counter said he couldn't do that. Acted like I was asking him for something wrong. Very rude attitude. Lost my business if I ever have to rent a car

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I wanted to speak to an agent because the website didn’t have the information I needed before making a reservation. If you call the local office, you’ll be redirected to a corporate answering system that will take you in frustrating circles and not connect you to anyone that will help you.

Went into enterprise personally 4 days before we need car, got a confirmation call the day before, yes we will pick car up tomorrow at noon. We got there and they had given our car away and had no others. Went down the street to h+l motors and rented a great car for a cheaper price

Horrible. Deserve less then one star. Messed up our order multiple times. Insurance rental. Was supposed to drop off on a monday at buick. Call monday to make sure all is well, get told the order was dropped by mistake.Rescheduled for a pickup at 9am Wednesday there not there when we get to buick at 8:45am. Wait til 9:30 am They Never show up. Get a ride from buick to there office. Noone in there office, there phone was ringing off hook. 15 mins later Wife goes outside finds someone in a car who says it will be a few mins. 10 mins later I go out to ask if someone can help us we have to go. He condinsidly says he will help when he can. Andrew lied on pick up time. Mr Levine completely fabricated a story to justify the poor service. Lied about where and when they was supposed to drop off car. Mixed us up with another person who was supposed to meet them at 8:30 am. Manger was incredibly rude. Then he canceled our order and said he has no obligation to rent us a car. We was dropped off and had no ride. Then he tells us to call a cab. They messed up on time and where to pick us up at. Then lied about the whole order to justify there mistakes. Then left us rideless. Thankfully buick came back and picked us up.
