“My oldest son loves coming here. The staff is always knowledgeable and able to help when we have any issues. we buy all of our gaming controllers here because the store offers insurance. And it’s a no questions asked insurance, so if anything breaks you get to exchange the controller for a working one. So far the kids have destroyed about four controllers. if you have some broken controllers, GameStop even buys them from you and gives you in-store credit to replace them. What a fantastic service.”
“They were very caring about the issues I had with my phone, but they could not help me. Apparently, Verizon has decided to take the techs out of the Verizon stores. This is nothing to do with this store as they were great. But Verizon....I have been with you for over 20 years, yet you rake my bill over the coals every month, charge an ungodly amount, have me pay $60 a month alone for insurance on my plan yet when my screen did crack beyond visual or touch availability...I was forced to pay $100 for a replacement phone which I'm pretty sure was used and I was still unable to get all my data off my broken phone because "Verizon simply does not have techs working in the stores anymore, and the staff can't help if they can't see the screen!!) Well, DUH Verizon, I would have got my data if I could have seen my screen myself. Or done Samsung switch. But thank you, for yet one more reason to add to my list of why to leave Verizon.”

“The experienced guys there are so knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient. No need to go anywhere else for cell phone service. Been there 4 times for assistance. Never disappointed. The guys never give you a line of BS, well let me look into this. Boom, fixed quickly.”
