Took my vehicle here for an insurance claim. (Cosmetic damage) My car got "totaled out" but I chose to retain my vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle and noticed a few things wrong with it that were not an issue when I dropped the vehicle off. When going in to ask about the issues, the woman at the front counter stated that it doesn't 100% always get put back together correctly after the inspection for the insurance claim. Completely blew us off with no resolution. Just because I was retaining my car back does not mean you can just throw it back together and not care about the quality of work done! So inspected it and gave my insurance company a quote but didn't account for what they also screwed up on it. Turn signal not working, gas cap not attached anymore, gas tank door won't close all the way, passenger door will not work with automatic lock anymore..... Beware of the 'not' work done here.

This is an extraordinary business! My vehicle broke down 2 hours from home on my way to the airport when I was going to be gone for the next week. JC and his team took care of everything as soon as I reached out for help. They picked up my car from the airport and got it safely towed to a dealership back in my hometown and the pricing was incredibly fair! They took care of me like I was family and eased my mind so I could enjoy my trip. I can’t say enough about them!!

I had minor damage to the read driver-side panel from an accident. Crouse estimated it would take over a week and finished it in 3 days. I appreciated their customer service and quick response to my questions. Very professional shop.

Although no one wants to visit a body shop post-accident, Couse Body Shop & Towing made both the process and professionalism, second to none! Chad and his team took time to explain what needed done, worked directly with our insurance agent, and actually finished the repairs early and under budget!! If I ever have to have any type of body work done there is no other place, I will take our rides than to Crouse!
