Chapman Jewelers goes above and beyond, every time I’ve ever been in! Emily is such a joy and has the most beautiful personality, alongside her incredible knowledge of jewelry. She helped my husband and I pick out our wedding sets, as well as assisted with multiple project pieces. I will continue to use her for every jewelry need I may have, and recommend her to anyone and everyone! She’s simply the best hometown jeweler!

The nicest people in town. She re-sized one of my precious wedding rings a few months ago. The work was excellent and it looked super when it came back ahead of schedule. I need to have 2 more re-sized and so happy they are able to help me out. Professional but also extremely personal touch here. You do not see that very often.

Emily is amazing! She is very polite, very caring, bubbly, and great to talk to!Blaze, the Golden retriever, was very laid back and greeted me very nicely! Although I think I interrupted his nap, he held no resentment.The atmosphere inside, even during slight renovations, is very very beautiful and comforting. I absolutely loved the layout and decor.I highly recommend going through her for any of your jewelry needs! I definitely will consider her from here on out!

I asked about repairing my ring, I was told that they only repair jewelry sold at the store. They would reset my diamonds into another setting, or could sell me a necklace to match my ring. I worked at a jewelry store, and repairs was half of our business. I wouldn't consider Chapman's a jewelry store.

I highly recommend Chapman Jewelers. They always are super nice and have a beautiful selection of jewelry. They also do excellent jewelry repair. I feel they are honest good people.

My husband first worked with Emily to create my gorgeous engagement ring! She has helped us with all of our jewelry since then and is always such a delight to work with! Emily always goes above and beyond and makes everything so easy. I’ll never go to another chain jewelry store!

I got a watch from an antique store out of town. I had no knowledge on how to size it and I needed to get new batteries put in. I took it Chapman Jewelers and Emily was able to get it sized and put new batteries in flawlessly. Thank you again!

The place you walk into and find your new best friend. I have been extremely loyal to the same jewelry store for the last 12 years and I must admit Chapman Jewelers had me cheating on them as soon as I stepped foot in the door. The way Chapman Jewelers approaches you with a big smile and friendly conversation quickly turns into a sale before you have a chance to say no! Seriously, you don’t even know you’re doing it and you have no regrets when you leave! The hand written thank you note a few days later will have you knowing ... it wasn’t a mistake! Where do I even start with Emily! She is the best around. From her warm, bubbly personality (she knows no strangers!) to her knowledge on jewelry, she helped us choose the perfect rings for my husband and I wedding bands! Even prior to that, she worked with my husband Nick on picking out the perfect engagement ring (which it truly is perfect!) that fit my personality and our relationship. Emily listens to her clients needs and fulfills them! Not only that, but she becomes your friend in the process!
